How to fix Bite app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bite app on iPhone
Update Bite app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bite iPhone app

To resolve Bite network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Bite app issues:

Force Stop the Bite App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Bite app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Bite to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bite App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Bite app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Bite.

Fix Bite unable to contact server/ Bite internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Bite » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Bite » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bite on android.
