Hello, good time. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max with iOS version 17 installed, but recently the Streisand software has stopped working. When I press the connect button, it does not connect at all. Please help, thank you.

How to fix Streisand app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Streisand app on iPhone
Update Streisand app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Streisand iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Streisand on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Streisand network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Streisand Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Streisand not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Streisand App
1. On android, goto Settings » Streisand » click [Force Stop]

Update Streisand to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Streisand App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Streisand » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Streisand.

Fix Streisand unable to contact server/ Streisand internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Streisand » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Streisand » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Streisand
