I used the app to purchase Labubu but it said the shipping error, after a second it was out of stock. It is Hilarious because about 1-2 days ago before this happened, I bought something and it was going through. I am really upset because I am waiting for nothing. Then I contacted them about my issues and asked them to preorder, but they didn't solve anything tell me to wait. What the heck???. One more thing, popmart needs to improve is they needs open preorder options that anyone can buy it because some people out there, they bought it and sold it at the double price. It is not fair for people who like Labubu don't have a chance to buy.
Terrible customer service

My package was sent to the wrong address and I asked for help I was told to wait for them to verify with the carrier. I sent them proof of my front door and the door that the carrier delivered to compare, but day goes by and still nothing and I kept asking for help and finally they blocked me on the chat. I can no longer bother them anymore. That’s one way they solve their problem. No refund no replacement just block you.
Dont ever save ur card with them

There's a button to save ur card onto the app but theres no function to remove it. Never check that box if u dont want it there forever. Also whenever u try to use other cards, it never goes thru, it always pops up as an error even if those cards work with other sites. Please fix thissss asap!! I need to remove my card!
