Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PetroHelp app issues:

Force Stop the PetroHelp App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PetroHelp app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PetroHelp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PetroHelp App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PetroHelp app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
