Crumbl Status

Hello, I have not received crumbl crumbs for two months. Since I go there once a week, there is obviously an issue. The count has been stuck on 16 for weeks. My name is Jon Wegner and my cell number on record is 414-248-4565. Please look into the matter and advise. Thank you.

I went into the cookie crumble store in Madison, Ms on 9/13/24 wanting to use my Crumble cash. I was 1 point from 100, which would give you $10.00. I purchase 1cookie at 4.27 and my points did not move. I then proceeded to buy 2 more at $8.54, still did not get my points. Later that day I check my app and now it says -9/100. I said all this to say, I would like my 10.00 crumble cash.

Rewards screen on the app is just blank it will not show anything

I had $10 in rewards before this last update. Now the rewards are gone. I did not make a purchase today because of this issue.

The APP will no longer let me select my cookies. Very disappointing. Love ordering from Crumble Cookie. I Uninstaller, cleared cache and data, reinstalled. Powered phone down, etc. Nothing helped.

Order not validating after text code is entered. Unable to set time for order.

Trying to place a catering order and the website just keeps spinning on the login page after entering my text code. I've tried a different computer and using my phone, and it won't work on either.

App has not updated in last 2 weeks. Not able to order this week’s cookies.

My app is not working and I had a $10 reward plus 50 something in more points!! I hope these are not lost for good!!!

App won’t send a code

I wanted to order a store pickup order for tomorrow. When I click on Store pickup, my location, and then curbside (or the other one - I tried both) a screen comes up that says Curbside is full for today (then I have to press the button Got It) and then it goes back to the main screen. Another issue I've had in the past is I'm unable to see some options as far as day to pick up. When I come to my laptop to try and still get an order done, I see there's no other option except the app. There is no doubt in my mind that you are missing out on sales due to the app issues. My phone is an Android which I suppose is the problem. Guess I'll try and go to the store and order and then wait for it. Just trying to save myself and you/the store time. Thank you

I keep getting a 500 string error.

I keep getting a Failed message. "The order failed to validate, please update your order details and try again."

I've picked up an order already this week but for some reason today it wouldn't validate my order. Not sure why it won't accept my money

App won’t let me select my address. Keeps saying choose another address. I have tried deleting and reentering but I keep getting the same error message.

I keep getting an error saying my order is not able to validate and to check my order. I've gone through each item several times. It will not work. Not sure if it is a bad app, or if there is something wrong with it at the moment.

Not able to scan gift cards

App won't let me pick the cookies. Once you pick the pack you want and the customization it shows in the cart but won't show any choices to pick what you want in the pack.

I have placed the order for the NW store in Omaha for tomorrow. Entered my payment method and get a message that states, "The order failed to validate, please update your order details and try again". I am not sure what I should update. Please help.

The mystery cookie drink does not work it starts to load flash of the map and then crashes!

I clicked the delivery button and it won’t let me exit that screen. I even typed my address in and hit save and continue and it’s still stuck…it acts like I typed nothing. The close button won’t work either.
