Only works a forth of the time. Even if I delete and reload WebMenus , it will go to school search but no schools come up. Very frustrating when I am trying to make a lunch plan for the week.

I have been trying since the school year started to use WebMenus. When I type in my school name Mytown Elementary School, it first offers schools that have Mytown in the name, but not mine, and then it stops offering Mytown and only offers Elementary School.
So then I try my district. Immediately all the schools show up as well as others in the same county. But nothing, not my school, any schools in my district, nor any schools offered, goes anywhere.
I hope we don’t pay very much toward this useless app.

WebMenus doesn’t work most of the time. I’ve tried turning the phone off and back on and still doesn’t work. It’s been updated and still nothing.

App almost never works, try to load it and it can’t reach the server on 90% of times we try to use it. Very basic which isn’t bad but it be nice if it had an easier way to find item description if there are any at all for a menu item.

WebMenus never works. Has not worked in 2 weeks, tried deleting and re adding and now I cannot even load the schools. Useless app

I wish there was an option for zero stars. WebMenus is complete trash. It very seldom works and it’s not worth the frustration. I have a very picky eater and was very happy to find WebMenus so that I could plan meals accordingly. Boy, was I disappointed. More often than not I get an error msg when I try to access my child’s school. Do yourself a favor and just delete WebMenus all together.

First, I downloaded WebMenus because I thought nothing could be worse than the online lunch menus, which often don’t load, there some website error such as a 504 gateway error, etc. I was wrong.

I downloaded the iPhone app, and it looks NOTHING like the thumbnails in WebMenus Store. There is no “favorite” function - at least not one that I was able to locate anywhere. I work in IT and consider myself to be fairly tech savvy. This is a pain, because I have children in multiple different schools.

Furthermore, the current day’s menu loads fine. I cannot get the menu to load for the rest of the week. I click on Tuesday, and it briefly highlights as if it accepted the user input, but it never loads, and there’s no other indication that it’s doing anything.

It’s an all-around terrible app with terrible UX.

The reviews that say they have to go through several clicks to get to their school are correct, but that is only the first time. Once you click “Favorite” for that school it does add to the favorites. HOWEVER, you can only see your favorites by clicking out of the whole process!! This is NOT obvious, and really annoying, hence the negative reviews. They need to add a favorite button at the bottom to easily switch between schools.

The other issue is the interface is clunky and only has one view available, and that view is by day. You can’t see the whole month’s menus at a glance. For parents who only let their kids buy lunch a few days a month this is REALLY annoying.

Also, the nutritional information is helpful, but a list of ingredients is needed as well. This would help parents who want or need to avoid some things in their kid’s diets.

WebMenus also only has an interface for a phone format, not a tablet. So WebMenus looks ridiculous on a tablet, think phone image enlarged.

All I wanted to see was an overview monthly menu of what the school has to offer. Unfortunately on some days it only showed condiments such as ketchup & mustard as the meal.
Will print out menu instead. Much easier to see at a glance what is being served for the week and/or month.

I downloaded so I could put money in my daughter’s lunch account. There’s a link for online pay...but, it just brings up the menu. In this day and age, having a convenient method to pay via app would be great.

WebMenus does not work at least one day a week, currently it does not work at all, it just displays a blank white screen. Poor quality control, poor maintenance

The menu itself is fine, but it never remembers what school district I set as my favorite so I have to search it every time and that gets really annoying. WebMenus would be great if that could be fixed.

My app looks nothing like the preview photos. There are no photos of the food options either which was my main purpose for downloading.

Much better than the website, but still has the vegetarian salad with egg as a choice.

Great app. Can tell you allergy info, nutrition info, and you can even rate the foods served. A great app for any school menu and possibly even restaurants.

We find the Mobile Menu App helpful in regulating carbs for my daughter. She is pre-diabetic, (although fit and active), so her diet requires consideration of the carbs she consumes throughout the day... WebMenus helps us regulate her carbs on the go.

You NEED to put allergen info for all food. It is ridiculous that it is SO hard to obtain that information. At least do the top 8 allergens. Then I can check wether or not my son can buy lunch at school each day or if i have to pack food.

WebMenus hasn't worked since the end of the 17-18 school year - I am running iOS 11.4.1 on an iPhone X. WebMenus won't even come up; something flashes on the screen and then it's gone.

WebMenus has been down for a week. It keeps saying there is a server connection issue. The website is down as well. I use WebMenus to see what is on the menu since my kid has allergies to certain foods. Please fix the issues ASAP.

It is not working. Tried to delete and redownload and still it will not work.

It takes a ridiculous number of taps to get to the information I need. It wouldn't be such a big deal if WebMenus would remember my choices.

For goodness sakes, why is there not an option to set your school or at least your school district? I have 6 clicks to get to the menu, why?????

I wanted to see what my child is offered for lunch. They only showed breakfast. He doesn’t eat breakfast at the school. If the lunch menu is available on WebMenus , it needs to be more easily accessible.

Needs to be an option to print a monthly menu

So nice to be able to see what's available for breakfast/lunch to include caloric/nutrient values.
