Every time I try to open AskMD it gets stuck on the opening page and then turns black. AskMD is up to date and so is my phone so I am not sure as to why it would be doing this. AskMD used to be semi-helpful but now it’s useless if it won’t even load properly

I tried to sign up on both my iPhone and iPad. Unfortunately, in both cases, I get the message “We were unable to register you. Please Sign Up.”
Are there any restrictions on the password in addition to the minimum of 8 characters?
Please help.

The system puts erroneous info in when user puts info in. Then they want me to send them screenshots. I’m not part of their development team! How could I be 350lbs one day and then 90lbs the very next day? Giving up on this!

I downloaded your app but it won’t even let me sign up... what is the issue. I would like to try it out but I can’t cause it won’t even let me sign up for it! Why what’s the issue?

I can't even say how good the services of AskMD are or aren't because I can't get past the registry page. It's only tells me 'unable to register you please sign up'. Perfect.

Crashes every single time I try and open it. This used to be one of my favorite apps in helping me figure out what would be wrong. Very upset about this

AskMD has been a great app, until a few days ago. When I try to open AskMD , it crashes. I have tried to uninstall AskMD and reboot my iPhone 6S with no success.

AskMD is not working properly. I downloaded it several times and reinstalled and it still won’t work. Not waisting any more time!!!!!!

Downloaded. Couldn’t even get past the sign up option. Deleted. Would’ve really helped me I hoped, for autoimmune.

Allows me to download and lunch AskMD . Nothing more beyond that. Try to sign up, fails. Sign in, same thing.

I love(d) AskMD but it’s been crashing for the past few days??? Like major crashing. I can’t even open AskMD . I’ve tried deleting AskMD and re-downloading it but even that didn’t help.

The ease of use on this and the integration with the health app can't be beat. I've tried some of the other free apps out here, but this one has some big glaring holes. Like why can you enter your BP and not your pulse? The two things are hand in hand on most home meters. Very silly. Why does the med list have no supplements or amounts? It would be better left off entirely then the poor implementation it's got now; other apps do it MUCH better. Insurance information needs to let you enter more than one type of insurance and you should be able to take a photo of the front and back of the card and interface with wallet on iPhone and with your driver's license, etc. Maybe even with a medic alert app, I haven't checked to see if one of those exists yet.
