How to fix Tweetroot app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tweetroot app on iPhone
Update Tweetroot app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tweetroot iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tweetroot on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tweetroot network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Tweetroot Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Tweetroot not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tweetroot App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tweetroot » click [Force Stop]

Update Tweetroot to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tweetroot App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tweetroot » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tweetroot.

Fix Tweetroot unable to contact server/ Tweetroot internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tweetroot » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tweetroot » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
