How to fix DMAXX app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DMAXX app on iPhone
Update DMAXX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DMAXX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DMAXX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DMAXX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DMAXX Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DMAXX not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DMAXX App
1. On android, goto Settings » DMAXX » click [Force Stop]

Update DMAXX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DMAXX App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DMAXX » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DMAXX.

Fix DMAXX unable to contact server/ DMAXX internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DMAXX » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DMAXX » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
