Good app!

My son is learning how to quickly count groups of tens. MathSlide does a great job of reinforcing his trust that a group of ten actually contains 10 units which is a pretty big concept for kids to get their head around. Recommended for 1st graders.

A paid version which contains all these games and more, and can be used with Apple’s Volume Purchasing Program for Education VPP, it is called Math Slide: Place Value.

This app is specifically designed to help children make this critical progression, helping them β€˜see’ and understand that 23 is 2 β€˜tens’ and 3 β€˜ones’ and that one more than 79 is 8 groups of ten.
