Interface is clumsy but it works pretty good.

DishAlign works great with Dish mobile. If you’re on the road and changing locations regularly DishAlign really helps you find the spot in the RV park which will work best for you and show you right where your signals coming from To help you avoid buildings trees and other obstructions so you’ll get your signal the first time every time you set up your mobile Dish.

It just works and has more data than you necessarily need, but when you want it you have it. Very intuitive to use. Would have liked some help to figure out which satellite was mine .. but with a little looking around I got it.

My dish was not in alignment, I’m assuming from some bad weather here. I downloaded DishAlign it shows you where to point it. I’m in a small town so it showed me on the map right where the dish should point too. So easy!

The user interface is clunky and DishAlign doesn’t read the compass correctly (the iPhone compass has to be set for magnetic north or DishAlign compass will point in the wrong direction). Another user complained about this a year ago and it still hasn’t been fixed, so draw your own conclusions about app support.

DishAlign contains all the information I need, at least.

I have a portable HughesNet setup that requires pointing at each new location. DishAlign is the quickest way I’ve found to get the azimuth and elevation to start the tuning process.

You have competitors, but DishAlign works best. I use it in my work.

It was a good app until they decided to throw up the “allow us to track you across other apps and services” screen. No, I don’t agree and the only option is ok... Closed it, rated it, deleting it from my iPhone...

The map in the correct directions does not show the north, east, west, and south of Saudi Arabia the iPhone X

Roofers are about to move my dish and I don't want to pay to have it re-alligned. I took the info from my D*TV and found out which satellite it currently views. I found it in the list and DishAlign threw up a line on an arial map, allowing me to confirm line of sight very quickly. The built-in compass seems to be acurate as well. The info screen also tells me the angle I need on the elevation.
This is a pretty handy app. I agree with the reviewer who recently suggested you add the ability to "see" the satellite on the screen - that would rock. Also, and I'm not entirely sure the iPhone can do this with terrific accuracy, it would be handy to add the an elevation angle measurement to the compass tool.

Seems to be a pretty good application! I haven't yet tried to use it at my home location, but in experimentation at a restaurant, I know exactly where to aim a dish for several different satellites. The compass in my iPhone 4s makes the aiming meter work like a champ.

The ads at the bottom are annoying, but DishAlign was free!!! Worth far more than free to me!!!!
