App was literally updated 3 weeks ago. It’s now March 2020. Plenty of previous reviews have addressed the fact that IBMMicromedexNeoFax fails to work with dark mode and developers have blatantly ignored them. That’s just the most recent minor issue on top of the years worth of account access issues that also haven’t been addressed. Would not recommend investing money in an app or company that clearly doesn’t care about users or usability as demonstrated by continued refusal to fix the most common and basic problems with IBMMicromedexNeoFax .

Could not get back in day after purchase. Had to write support and wait days for useful response; finally was able to access app, but same thing kept happening. Repurchased and was OK for a while, but same problem has recurred.
Cannot believe ineptitude of this publishing company ( or wherever it is), where one cannot access the purchase.
I recommend Pediatric version of Lexicomp instead.

If you change your phone or update IBMMicromedexNeoFax , you will have to pay again to use IBMMicromedexNeoFax . Approached support to get help but received a lengthy email asking to install from purchased section and create new user and ID. But this will charge another subscription. Once I replied back to email, my case was closed and same reply (template) received. Worst support service received ever..

App is unusable in dark mode, and last updated a year ago. Well if you’re going to bother providing an application atleast make sure its updated to current software.

I work for an institution that subscribes. Every time I get into IBMMicromedexNeoFax I have to re enter the password. The instructions say the password has to only be entered once a year. I wouldn’t pay for IBMMicromedexNeoFax.

Haven't had any _recent_ problems with downloading and installing IBMMicromedexNeoFax. When we bought it in 2013, I _did_ have problems getting it up and going on an iPad and an iPhone. We use it as a beside reference in a NICU. Be aware that backing your device up does _not_ restore the password, and you can get billed again for your subscription. Apple can, at their discretion, refund duplicate billing, but there is no guarantee. It's a useful reference, but support and billing need improvement. Because it's an in-app purchase, Apple collects, but has limited options with problems.

After decades of promoting and using Neofax, they have made an unannounced change to access. Followed instructions to turn off wifi and add with my data. Didn't work. As a NICU x40yrs, I feel disrespected by a company.

First of all, it says it's a 2.99$ a year until the last moment when it says it's 32.09$ and I accidentally hit accept. Second of all, it won't even open. Piece of crap and I want my money back
