How to fix Crous app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Crous app on iPhone
Update Crous app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Crous iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Crous on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Crous network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Crous app issues:

Force Stop the Crous App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Crous app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Crous to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Crous App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Crous app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Crous.

Fix Crous unable to contact server/ Crous internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Crous » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Crous » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Crous on android.
