This is a simple, well designed electronic outlet reference application that makes it easier for users or travelers to know what power sources are available in other areas around the world. Users of PlugsoftheWorld can search by country, by type of plug, and by color areas on a map. In case users are unfamiliar with certain plugs by name PlugsoftheWorld shows a image of the exact power source. For those who travel a lot and are power users of devices or just may need to look up a power source once or a few times PlugsoftheWorld is great to have.

Anyone who has traveled abroad understand the frustration of not being able to use your electronic devices because you can't charge or turn them on due to electrical plug incompatibility.
PlugsoftheWorld is an absolute must have for anyone who travels. Because it not only describe the plugs supported in the destination country, in a complicated country like Brazil it even shows the different voltage of the main cities there.
Even if you only travel once to abroad, you can't go wrong with PlugsoftheWorld.

Good app, seems useful for world traveling. Appears to be missing Burma/Myanmar.
Also would be nice to have a world map showing regions which have specific or compatible power/plugs (a user selectable filter?).

A must have for the world traveler! A simple and elegant user interface. You can favor the countries you visit more often for easy access.
Be aware that when you open PlugsoftheWorld you'll see the main page which says Plugs of the World. I thought PlugsoftheWorld was still in the process of opening but you have to click the blue plugs menu in the upper left corner to start using PlugsoftheWorld .

My dirty mind thought PlugsoftheWorld would be about something else--anyway, PlugsoftheWorld lets you know which electricity outlets to use around the world. It tells you the type it is (type C for example) and has a nice picture to go with it as well. You can look them up my country in alphabetical order. Simple, clean interface and does exactly what it's supposed to.

Not a thing to complain about, love the idea.
I often see for the first time, a plug at a yard sale or second hand store, would be nice to match the plugs image with a list of countries that use that plug. Would be a great add on feature, and make this great app even unbelievably amazing.
