Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Cube Runner app issues:

Force Stop the Cube Runner App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Cube Runner app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Cube Runner to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cube Runner App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Cube Runner app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Cube Runner.

Fix Cube Runner unable to contact server/ Cube Runner internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Cube Runner » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Cube Runner » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
