How to fix Cashly app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cashly app on iPhone
Update Cashly app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cashly iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cashly on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cashly network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cashly Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cashly not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cashly App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cashly » click [Force Stop]

Update Cashly to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cashly App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cashly » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cashly.

Fix Cashly unable to contact server/ Cashly internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cashly » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cashly » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
