Follow these steps to resolve intermittent YouVib app issues:

Force Stop the YouVib App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click YouVib app. » click "Force Stop".

Update YouVib to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear YouVib App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "YouVib app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch YouVib.

Fix YouVib unable to contact server/ YouVib internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click YouVib » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got YouVib » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch YouVib on android.
