This platform has so much potential to be great. But frankly in it’s current state I would strongly recommend you avoid!! Terrible customer support, very opaque subscription plans, and billing, and over prescribing to get you on the hook for meds you may not want/need. In my personal experience, I was still consulting with my medical professional but while I was at work alpha decided to fill prescriptions I was still asking questions about! As soon as I saw this I tried to reach out and cancel the order but was told that it was not possible. On top of all that, the medicine is scheduled to get here in 3 MONTHS! If this medication was even what I wanted, I would be waiting months just to get it. For a condition such as asthma, those shipping times are unacceptable. Last but not least, even if you happen to have a good customer experience, the app itself is horrible. Constant bugs, messages send to the wrong inbox, prescriptions do not accurately reflect in your account, etc. This platform will fall on it’s face if it does not pivot to improve the user experience and it’s focus on customers

My first few months using alpha services were great. But after a few months they stopped sending my medication. I wrote to the support a few times but never heard anything back. Eventually I even asked the healthcare professionals to help me reach alpha support. Once my healthcare professional reached out, then support responded to me. They offered to send my script to a pharmacy but by that point I was using another service. I asked for a refund that I never got.
Recently I decided to give it another shot. I was charged for the membership and the copay just like before and again I never got my prescriptions. I’ve already wrote support (before the month grace period to get a refund ended) and still haven’t heard back. It has been a month now. I was charged $78 and some change and have gotten nothing to show for it.
I urge you all to find an alternative to get your medicine.

they took my money for a consult & subscription then ignored me when i asked why i’d heard from no one after 4 days when it’s supposed to be a 24 hour window of waiting. they then ignored two support messages that they’re ALSO supposed to respond to in 24 hours. in a nightmare battle of trying to get my money back while being ignored- just save yourself the pain.
