Loving this app!!!

Perfect one-stop shop for tracking all of my health data! I’m a diabetic & have recently been experiencing random, extremely low dips in my blood pressure that, so far, we haven’t been able to explain (blood work all normal). My doctor asked that I begin keeping a detailed diary of my glucose, BP, when & what I eat, water intake & when I’m taking my meds so we can try to see if there’s a pattern that could explain why it’s happening — Plus lets me track all of that in one spot AND will generate reports that I can share with my doctor.

I ran into one tiny glitch when I tried to link to Apple health (it caused Plus to freeze / crash), and I wound up uninstalling & had trouble locating Plus to reinstall it. Tech support was awesome — spoke with Lena who was super nice / helpful & got me back up & running!

IMHO - poorly done

Limited time using this and already very disappointed. As with most things associated with Solara, this is not user friendly. Does not allow you to choose or opt out of reminders- keeps asking for my weight and gives me a “ weekly report” whether I want it or not. An envelope icon on the upper right side of the screen is inactive on my i-phone 11 (on which other apps work great). Tech support is not as available for west coast and mountain time users because they are only available M- F to 6 pm EST. No help on weekends. I finally figured out that I have to go to “weekly reports” to make these “unread” but inaccessible messages go away, and even then, I cannot delete them. Also looks like ordering from Solara via Plus may be much slower than over the phone. Ordered a transmitter on Friday last week and still only says “preparing your order” 5 days later. If I could give this a zero, I would. Question: What are they doing with all of the detailed medical data users are entering IF you choose to do that?

Horrible app

Plus is absolutely horrible. I recently moved and went to Plus to update my new address. Nope, not an option. So I went to the Solara website and tried there. Nope, you are sent to a page to send in an email to ask a question. So I went back to Plus to try and put in a new order. During the ordering process you are asked several questions, one of them being “Do you have a new address?” I clicked “yes” and before you finish there is an area to type any changes to your order including new address or new insurance. My order was placed and is now going to my old address. I would say both Plus snd their website look like they were built by kids in high school, but I’ve had seen the work kids can do nowadays and it would be an insult. The only way to contact them for you to call and wait on hold for about an hour. Except for the countless sales calls to let you know you can order more supplies.

Pretty good but for 2 things

I routinely us 1/2 units of insulin. I cannot enter less than whole units. The other thing is the regular loss of server connection making entries delayed.

Ridiculous

I downloaded Plus to try and communicate with Solara since Insulet/Omnipod is making me go through them. I have had to order my pumps through various pump suppliers on line since changing to Omnipod Dash in the fall of 2021. There is no way to communicate with Solara since I will never wait over an hour on their phone line. I have asked Insulet to try and help. They texted me the link to Plus but there is no mention of pumps at all - only my Dexcom sensors.

App doesn’t work for me at all.

Plus is non-functional on my otherwise functional iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Freezes on each screen and can’t get past the 3rd question when trying to reorder supplies. I had to use the website through Safari.

It would be great if it worked.

The support for Plus is excellent! They can reach Solara medical and fix Isaura way quicker than I could! Thank you Lena for all of your help!

Plus app

Gets harder to work on the weekends as it constantly has you sign in sometimes it doesn’t take you input. It’s getting making it where I need something else to keep my records. When are y’all going to fix Plus. I don’t see anything that is award winning

Great app for ordering Dexcom supplies!

Plus simplifies the ordering process without the need to order supplies by phone.

Can’t access rest of the app

whenever I open or restart Plus it gets stuck on the screen for adding medication. Once I added all my medications it still won’t let me access the rest of Plus .

What good is an app if I still have to call?

Order dates are wrong in Plus so I still have to call to get new supplies. Says I’m not eligible for three months when I’m actually eligible today.
