On my last 2 visits to the Expo I couldn’t see my tickets on Expo2020Dubai , so I went to the ticket counters and they gave me a hard copy. Once I tried to link those tickets Expo2020Dubai says those tickets were already linked, but I still was not able to find them. At the end, I did not have an option to book any smart queue…

Smart queue features have saved me SO MUCH TIME during my time visiting expo. I also like the feature of being able to link tickets.

Would like the events to be highlighted more. I have to really search for upcoming concerts

We linked our tickets on Expo2020Dubai . Yesterday when we tried entering the Expo 2020 the tickets were nowhere to be found. Thank God we had the online purchase on our google drive. We couldn’t use our smart passes. Today I again tried and it’s blank. I tried linking the tickets again and it says tickets are already linked but we cannot see them.

Expo2020Dubai looks good however many issue appeared while using. 1) I couldn’t like my seasonal pass. 2) provided invalid information about Diwali event as the event was finished already without updating the info in Expo2020Dubai . 3) search field is a disaster 4) no location information for the listed events. IMPROVEMENT IS REQUIRED

Expo2020Dubai is well designed but it’s not serving its purpose. I can’t add the ticket to the wallet, it keeps crashing and having connection problems. I have had Expo2020Dubai for a month now, just when it started to matter, it’s not working properly anymore. So disappointed.

Whenever i try to open Expo2020Dubai it crashes i am using ios 12 and why is Expo2020Dubai taking over half a gig in storage the ui is not that good to be consuming this much storage and there aren’t as many services in it either...

I’m 100% sure people download Expo2020Dubai especially to reserve a spot at most visited pavilions, which makes Expo2020Dubai rather useless as those places are not included in the Smart Queue list.

The last update was pointless! We need thr travel map back…

I cannot see my tickets in Expo2020Dubai most of the time — it just loads for a minute and then displays no tickets. Same for the smart queue booking. Do not expect to be able to use the get in. Not reliable.

I’m facing issue when open Expo2020Dubai . The massage is system integrity error

Every updates has different changes not minor. Previous it was working to add in apple wallet, next update you can change your avatar and the following updates they all remove (apple wallet and edit avatar). What is this trial app? 😅 Worst to worstest updates. 😏

I have downloaded Expo2020Dubai on my iPhone but have been unable to access it. An error message stating that the system integrity failed. Please look into this so I can keep updated with the activities of the expo.

You can buy your ticket only once. If you want to buy more, you need to delete your app and start all over. It’s better to use your pc when purchasing.

So many bugs already !

Expo2020Dubai crashes constantly, the smart queue booking feature doesn’t work (even when connected to the Expo’s own wifi), and the events schedule in Expo2020Dubai doesn’t include everything.

App said my ticket was expired and wouldn’t let me link the ticket. This is the same ticket I used to enter the Expo 10 minutes before I attempted to link it. This prevented me from entering some of the more popular exhibits that required reservations.

I downloaded Expo2020Dubai . According to Expo2020Dubai ’s description and requirement details, my old iPhone 6 should be able to run it on its 12.5.5 iOS. Instead, I downloaded app...& it won’t open.

Every 5 seconds I get an error message.

“Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later.”

When adding an account, editing my details, linking a ticket. Useless.

Gets stuck loading my ticket on the manage tickets and smart passes screen. Used to work so I’m not sure what happened. Please fix asap.

تدين اللجنة الوطنية الفلسطينية لمقاطعة إسرائيل قرار السلطة الفلسطينية المشاركة في معرض إكسبو دبيّ التطبيعيّ، بعد أن كانت قد أشارت سابقًا بأنها لن تشارك بسبب مشاركة العدوّ الإسرائيلي في هذا المعرض الذي يقام للمرة الأولى على أرض عربية.

ومما يستأهل أشد الإدانة أن مشاركة السلطة تأتي في نفس الوقت الذي دعا فيه البرلمان الأوروبي لمقاطعة إكسبو دبيّ بسبب الانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق الإنسان التي يقترفها النظام الإماراتي.

إن مشاركة السلطة في إكسبو دبيّ تعدّ تواطؤاً مع وتشجيعاً على التطبيع الرسميّ لبعض الأنظمة العربية الاستبدادية وورقة توت فلسطينية تهبها السلطة للنظامين الاماراتيّ والإسرائيليّ للتغطية على جرائمهما وتحالفهما العسكريّ-الأمنيّ الهادف أولاً إلى تصفية قضيّة الشعب الفلسطينيّ وحقوقه الثابتة. وهي مخالفة صريحة وجديدة من قبل مستوى السلطة التنفيذية الفلسطينية لقرارات منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية، الممثل الشرعي الوحيد لشعبنا، والقاضية بدعم مقاطعة إسرائيل وإنهاء التطبيع معها.

وكانت اللجنة الوطنية للمقاطعة قد ساءلت السلطة الفلسطينية علناً حول مشاركتها في المعرض التطبيعيّ وذلك بعد نشر صورٍ للجناح الفلسطينيّ في معرض إكسبو دبيّ، ما أثار غضباً شعبياً فلسطينياً وعربياً. تأتي مشاركة السلطة رغم حفاوة الترحيب الرسميّ الإماراتيّ بالجناح الإسرائيليّ الذي يروّج لصناعات عسكريّة وتكنولوجية مجربة على الفلسطينيين يقاطعها أحرار العالم دعماً للقضية الفلسطينيّة، ويقيناً بأنّ التعاون الاقتصاديّ والتكنولوجيّ مع هذا النظام لن يجلب سوى مزيداً من القمع والرقابة والتجسس والترهيب لشعب الإمارات الشقيق وللعمالة الوافدة هناك ومزيداً من جرائم الحرب لشعب اليمن الشقيق.



تكرر اللجنة الوطنية لحركة المقاطعة مطالبتها لكافة الشركات العالمية والعربية وتحديداً الفلسطينية بعدم المشاركة في معرض إكسبو دبيّ التطبيعيّ، كما وتدعو أبناء وبنات شعبنا الفلسطينيّ إلى تكثيف الضغط على السلطة الفلسطينية حتى تتراجع فوراً وبشكل علنيّ عن قرارها بالمشاركة وتنهي تطبيعها المستمر مع الاحتلال.
