What is Finder?

The app is designed to help fitness band wearers locate their lost Fitbit or fitness tracker device quickly and easily. It offers four features to increase the chances of finding the missing device, including three Bluetooth proximity finders and a sound finder. The app works with any BLE device and requires the fitness band to be powered on and emitting BLE to be found.

Features

- Three Bluetooth proximity finders: The app offers two finder/radar functions to find the missing device using Bluetooth low energy proximity. These features show hints, signal strength, and estimate the distance between the user and the lost device to help find it quickly.

- Sound finder: The app has ten different alert sounds with loops and a timer to find the missing earbuds by sound detection.

- Radial finder: The closer the user gets to the missing device, the further the radial indicator will move to the right. Once the user can move around to get the radial indicator to move to the right the furthest as possible, then the device is very close, and the user can find it.

- Signal percentage radar: The closer the user is to the missing device, the higher the Bluetooth low energy signal percentage. Moving around to increase the percentage will help find the missing device quickly.

Rip off!

After leaving my phone with Finder on it at home I found my Fitbit at the end of my neighborhood sitting on the curb. Some kind person found it and left it there. Brought my Fitbit home and try Finder and it does not work save your money.

Do not buy— does not work

I had my phone in hand and Fitbit on and it showed 70% found— also does not gosh where your watch is!!! Do not buy Finder

Don’t waste your money!

Finder does NOT work. I found my lost Fitbit by setting a silent alarm. Try doing that first before wasting your money at least it’s free.
