The Symptom Tracker: Northwestern University is a short health questionnaire which must be taken daily and/or prior to all members of the community and general public -- student, staff, faculty, visitor, contractor, or other – attending on-campus programming or activities including classes. If the user is symptom-free, the green screen will indicate they are welcome to come onto campus and go about their activities as they wish. For the general public, a purple badge indicates that they are welcome to engage in their business or activities on-campus. It will reveal any potential symptoms which would indicate that someone cannot visit or come onto campus. If the user is experiencing symptoms, the red screen will let them know not to come onto campus and give them information on next steps.
