After the session you’ll be automatically transitioned into a “sleep room” where sleep sounds will play all night to help keep you asleep throughout the night.

Every session is set to a sleep-inducing soundtrack created by grammy-nominated music composers who use specific musical tones that help activate the delta wave frequencies in your brain, slowing you down and helping you fall asleep easily.

Our sleep guides each have their own unique voice, presence and storytelling style and have all been trained on the science of sleep and relaxation, so rest assured that you’re in good hands as they guide you to sleep.

After that you’ll descend into a dreamy first-person visualization where you are the main character in the sleep story until you fall asleep.

If you can’t make it to a LIVE sleep session, stream one of our sessions on-demand anytime you’re ready for bed.

Each sleep session starts with a moment of gratitude, ending each day off on a high note so you can rest easier.

Then you’ll be guided through some very simple science-based relaxation techniques, including breathing exercises and body/bed scanning to help unwind your body and your mind and get comfortable.

Knocks me out!!!

I’ve only done a couple sessions thus far and I’m out like a light each time. Due to not working and being home during this pandemic, my sleep pattern is worse that it usually is. The insomnia is maddening! I love the relaxation mode this puts me in. It reminds me of getting a massage, calm and relaxing.

The only issue I have is the sessions don’t end automatically for the music to just start playing. I find myself waking up to notice the after session music only starts after I say I want to end the session. This defeats the purpose of being guided to sleep only having to wake up to realize the session is asking for a “thumbs up or down” from someone who was just put to sleep lol.

Great concept, loving Wave . The fact I end up waking up to no music playing is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars




Helps me feel secure in my sleep - a must for my nightly routine

I've had trouble with falling asleep for as long as I can remember, and recently have been on the search for new tools to aid this. I heard of this app and decided to give it a shot when it launched - happy to say it's helped a lot with my sleep since. There's something about booking my bedtime and tuning into a live story that helps me feel secure in my sleep for the night. I love the unique stories and comforting voices from the sleep guides; I especially look forward every night to Izzy, Jimmy and Sheng's streams to drift away with - it's now part of my nightly routine. Thanks this app!




Sleep deep

I am a big fan. I sleep ok, but now using this app, I sleep seriously deeply. It is an immersive mediation/sleep story each night. I can’t share how the sessions end, because I am long asleep. The live ones are great, as the guides actually greet you (knew me by name since I registered), and then I shut off my phone, and it is just audio. I like the scheduling, but the on-demand library is pretty big, and you can try out different voices and guides. Truly well done.




Very well-made

I have terrible stress when trying to go to sleep. WhereI start to feel afraid that I might die if I fall asleep. But Wave has really helped. I am impressed on how well they did with this appAnd I hope it gets more attention because if you can put me to sleep, you should be the biggest app out there.




Love this app!

Like most reviewers, I struggle with insomnia. After a few sessions on nights I’ve struggled most with falling asleep/back to sleep, I rely on Wave and am in awe! My person of choice has a very calm and relaxing voice which puts me right to sleep. My only complaint(thus my 4 star rating) is the music doesn’t play for the duration I set after my session. It doesn’t even last 30mins. Hopefully this is something that’ll be looked into.




Izzy is my new best friend

I tried a few sleep podcasts with varying efficacy, but often found the voices annoying. I love that you can choose your sleep coach. I could listen to the same episode over and over because I’ve literally never heard Izzy actually talk about anything past her intro. zzzzzzzzzzz..... ❤️




Great app for sleeping

I love the way Wave works and the best part is that you are always bringing in new sessions and sleep guides to choose from since it books up fast. Just a warning to watch this only when you’re ready for sleep or you will become very very relaxed...or find yourself asleep

I found Wave through an Instagram ad and I am so happy I did. Wave is amazing! The people who created this put a lot of work into it and you can really tell. The quality and all the features make Wave a must have for those who want help relaxing and falling asleep!




Catching some Zzzzzz’s

this app is amazing! I am a 62-year-old woman who, like many, can’t get to sleep very easily at night. I started listening to the this app sleep sessions and it’s been the best thing ever. I’ve listened to over 100 wonderful stories but....to be honest....I’m not sure how they end 😴😴😴. That is a great thing!!!

Insomnia No More

I’ve always been one of those people who take a bit longer than most to turn my brain off at night. I’ve tried every other app in Wave Store and this app is the only thing that gets me to sleep every time. Game changer.




Best thing ever

There’s no way this is free. Real people, with music in the background? Awesome!! Having the sleep rooms afterwards is such a good thing to have. I haven’t been able to afford all the fancy subscriptions in other apps somewhat similar to this, so this is truly a blessing.




Great live help sleeping

Wave has sleep stories done live every night every half hour. Before the story begins a little meditation is done and exercises to calm the mind and body. Very cutting edge. It’s what I’m reading about in the science mags about sleep. These techniques are tested by research. Highly recommend.




Anxiety over sleep no more!!

I used to have so much anxiety over going to sleep. Now I look forward to my bedtime story each night. The live performances and replays are both great. Wish they made a kids one to get my son to sleep. 🤣😂




Soothing, peaceful, and restorative sleep guide

Just listened to Chris' "Fall Asleep in a Canoe" sleep guide. It felt like the best parts of yoga and meditation for my brain. The background music was soothing and immersive. Chris' story was calming, and his voice lulled me into a very relaxed state. Forget Audible's sleep timer: This is the only way to fall asleep.

I strive to be an early bird, yet at the same time need to protect my 7-8 hours of sleep. If I don’t get to bed before 10pm, waking up at 5 or 6am is very difficult! Looking forward to using this app as a way to ensure I get to sleep at the right time.
