Close and restart the GitGrass app on iPhone
Update GitGrass app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GitGrass iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GitGrass on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GitGrass network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix GitGrass not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GitGrass app issues:

Force Stop the GitGrass App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GitGrass app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GitGrass to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GitGrass App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GitGrass app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GitGrass.

Fix GitGrass unable to contact server/ GitGrass internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GitGrass » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got GitGrass » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GitGrass on android.
