I would give it five stars but you don’t fix the same problems we’ve been having since day one which is can’t leave messages in the group chat room we have so many players because of all the bonus players it’s too hard to find bonus players for the event when you have a bonus player or team and it’s not an activated player the players should be highlighted or something so it’s easier to find it because you have to keep all your five star players because the one event extra base sometimes you need to have three members from the same team to play it another thing I think the percentage of getting a player when you spend gold should be a lot more and on the weekend when your club comes in top 10 and you get that extra club bonus to open how do you give us only 3E videos install franchise players you should only use franchise coins everything else is great you fix those issues it will be a five star I remember the first year your game came out there was no upgrading players no player was better than five store and the rating they had set for you guys if that one had clubs like they do now that would be the best one ever thank you hope you read these

Do you enjoy mobile baseball games that feel like they take as long as actual baseball games? Can you think of nothing more exciting than staring at the screen while you take pitch after pitch? Then this is the perfect game for you!
Seriously, it seems like at least 6 out of every 10 pitches are balls. Most of them are in the dirt which, because of the batter’s perspective on the game, you can’t see until it is too late. The majority of strikes you do get are some weird “only in a video game” breaking stuff that you simply cannot hit. Then, when your patience is almost at an end and you finally get that nice fastball down the middle and time your swing perfectly...weak grounder or routine fly out. Just like the 2019 version, you will hit a ton your first few days or games. You’ll upgrade your players quickly and get new, better rated players as well. All that fades into complete frustration after a day or two when your shiny new players and upgraded versions of players that were popping 5 homers a game and scoring 17 runs the day before, suddenly start grounding out to the pitcher 5 times in a row and get no-hit for 6 or 7 innings. I’m sure if you are willing to spend some serious $ you could improve your experience. I’ll never know because, just like the 2019 version, I’m deleting MLBTapSportsBaseball2020 after trying it for the past few days.

I have enjoyed playing this game for several years, until this year. First, they now monitor how you chat. If my club doesn’t like something I say they will kick me. I don’t need a developer telling me what language is ok. For example, I can’t type the word yesterday because it includes the word “terd” which they have deemed inappropriate. Second, when you miss logging in for a reward it is fine. It could just as easily go to the gift tab, but that would make sense. Third, new players or different versions of the same player way too often. They change it more often than some people change their underwear. It’s obvious they want you to spend even more money. Fourth, customer service is a joke, enough said. Fifth, the new algorithms that basically force you to level up, even if you don’t want too. For some people, this is meant to be a casual game to hang with some friends. Instead, they want you blowing money and resources because they think you need to be more competitive. If you don’t move up when they think you should, they purposely put you against teams that are at least double your strength and end up getting slaughtered. All while not being able to then contribute to your club.

This game used to be fun. I wish the glu overlords would make it fun again. The only good change this year was getting rid of the extra lineup for slugfest.

The game really is a good game over all with lots of things to advance and career mode as well as challenges. It was very well thought out. I had to remove it from my IPhone 11 because I got to the top of my career and had a lot of stuff unlocked and a great team put together for all the challenges but then the game just shut down and I was back to my phone screen. When I reopened MLBTapSportsBaseball2020 it had completely wiped my account like I never created it and it was wanting me to start over fresh again. To much time involved and to many hours to get back to where I was. I’ve tried my Facebook link connection and everything and it tells me it can’t find an account associated with that Facebook. So I deleted it until they fix it because I can’t put those hours in again and lose everything. Yes, I even spent money in the game too.i tried playing the game a second time but it crashed again and lost all info and wanted me to start over AGAIN! Nope. Just deleted game. They can contact me and let me know when they fix this issue. They contacted me with some generic message asking me to send them screenshots. How do you send screenshots of a game that wipes itself and who thinks to gather screenshots during a game as proof of advancement.

While this game has charmed me in the past with its relatively nice ballparks and decent game mechanics, some issues have become more apparent to me. For example, if I managed to pull a prime player, that would initially be a great feeling. However, not only are the odds on those players inaccurate, but even if I did manage to pull one, I would hardly have enough prime exp to level them up. This is where the greedy part comes into play. This game forces you to spend money in order to be successful. Without spending, players like me who don’t want to spend money are not even able to use them at all due to not being able to level prime players up without having to buy prime exp. Not to mention that these players become worthless after 2 days of events in order to be replaced by the next batch of worthless players.

Comments that customer service made is also an issue. Back to when I was talking about rates for prime players, as it turns out, the odds are not equal for every prime player. The best prime player in the box has a lower chance of being pulled than another lower prime player in the daily boxes. It’s a scam and a lie on this company.

This game had me at first, but it’s clear to me that this game is out for your money. Do me a favor and just do not install this game.

MLBTapSportsBaseball2020 is probably fraudulent in its application of algorithms to manipulate box odds, auto plays, and bracket placement. The DOJ doesn’t get involved with companies like this where micro transactions amount to gambling with ZERO payout but they certainly should. I would not recommend in any way wasting your time or money playing this game. I’ve done both and its not worth it . The best part of it is the social aspect but that takes place in other apps outside of the game bc the game is so poorly optimized for such interactions in-app. Parents—beware this game is a ripoff for your child and is just another form of gambling that appeals to kids and adults alike. Buyer beware! You start with the notion that you can build your team and club into a dominant force within the game. Nothing is further from the truth. Instead, you will be manipulated into trying for ridiculously-priced and near-impossible odds boxes. The gift-giving system seems like a nice aspect of the game but is only designed to keep feeding your false hopes. The best thing that you can do is play some other app that’s more affordable to the average customer but stills offers similar thrills and social experiences. There are plenty out there that do it much better than Glu.

So you hate the cardinals I can tell creators all you have is just bad game bad game bad game honestly it is better than the 2019 game but the problems are crappy pitches constant lags and unfair outs just the thing I’m mad😡 this is so bad but better than 2019 you gotta feel me just put kolten Wong yadier Molina and dexter Fowler marcelll ozuna doesn’t count cause he was drafted to the Atlanta Braves but I’m a cardinals fan just wanting to find a good baseball⚾️ mobile game I have been waiting sooooooo long to find mlb tap sports baseball and I look for mlb perfect inning 2020 because it said mlb perfect inning 2020 in MLBTapSportsBaseball2020 Store went and checked and saw this I’m like yeah booiiiiii but I try the first few rounds upgraded my team and players created a legend like always but I am a fan of these tap sports baseball games but the best one was 2018 tap sports all the way back to the story of downloading this for free🤗 I go through a few games win the first playoff round but I get a prime legend but then it went downhill but I still give you credit for the great but frustrating games but all I want better cards players and less crappy pitches thanks👍👌💯

Response to the developer comment: YES of course we have all contacted Customer Support. They give canned responses much like what you are doing! Nothing is ever fixed by your Customer Support Team. It’s just a canned response apologizing and suggesting that maybe it’s the bandwidth or wifi and suggesting that we have the latest update. All a bunch of crap. Update the game and fix this crap from happening if you want people to keep playing!

Fix this! Game keeps crashing and it’s often in the middle of an event. Once your reboot the info is lost. Often that means valuable CvC and extra bases mode stats are gone, lost tickets, lost prime games etc. It happened more and more this weekend to the point where I just stopped playing. Also lately the ads turn all black at the end and force you to reboot after trying to tap the corners of the screen hoping to close it out. To no avail though, yep just wasted another 30 seconds on an ad for gold or a batting boost and now just a black screen and no awarded gold or batting boost, in fact now I just lost the current CvC game I was in that I got the high score in because it won’t be saved when I reboot. Becoming a waste of time. Play other games instead!

Glu has gone in and changed the names of my teams and locked them to prove a point. They used homophobic name calling to mock one of their customers. You would think that a professional business would act in a professional way. Bullying customers and enticing others to join in. I grew up dealing with bullies and their actions and name calling can do a lot of harm. This is disgusting and unprofessional. Who knows what else they are doing when they are going into their customers accounts without permission. Then they contact me through here to tell me to do something even more worthless like contacting their nonexistent customer service that is there in name only. No service is ever given to any customer from this company. To come on MLBTapSportsBaseball2020 page and advertise that we should contact customer service is the biggest joke ever. They will just push it off to some unknown region in their office that never gets looked at and nothing is ever resolved as they tell you it has been sent to the developers, aka trash can. Stay away, this game is nothing but total crap. It used to be better but now Glu controls every aspect of the game from box odds to matchups and it’s all designed to pay them with nothing really gained by the customer.

I like this game except for the fact of how unrealistic it is and I don’t know how this has such good ratings. First I wanna talk about pitches: the pitches are so unnatural like how they will be going in a straight line towards you then out of nowhere it cuts of into the strike zone. That is so unrealistic balls just don’t do that. Second thing, fielding: the fielding is so overpowered there is way more errors in the mlb than in the game also when you hit a grounder into a gap the baseman dive for it and always get it that is so unrealistic. Third, base running: I was playing and Aaron judge hit a ball into the left field corner and it took like 10-15 seconds for the outfielder to get there but when it showed Aaron judge( a decently fast player) he was just getting to second, that should’ve easily been a triple or more but no. Lastly, outfielders: it is so ridiculous when you hit a deep ball and the outfielder catches it over their head not looking the chance of that are so rare. All I have to say other than that is this game is like playing something completely different with inhuman people that have special abilities and doesn’t make it enjoyable at all please fix it.

I like the game but struggle with a few things. Daily team events are cool but the problem most of the time is that it’s hard to land a player that can score from the boxes. By the time you do it’s time for the event to be over so it’s pointless to waste hard earned points etc. to upgrade the player. On the flip side you can land a player early but because you typically only use the player for one night only, you won’t have very much to upgrade with because you spent it all the night before upgrading a player on the previous event to help your team. All along making it difficult to upgrade your own (core) star players as you try to manage funds across events.

I’ll spend some cash sometimes but even that can be discouraging when you land the same player 4 or 5 times in a row. We all have different experiences I guess. I know spend more money or find a better team right? I’m lighthearted about it but that’s my experience. Other than that I enjoy the game.

Developers only interested in fixing glitches that benefit them. Been complaining about the same glitch in the game for 4 years.
Developers force you to move up to higher levels by making it impossible to win by matching your team against much higher rated opponents. Matching a gold team against a diamond team is like a little league team playing against a varsity high school team. It’s all to force you to move up a level and spend. The game has become a serious cash cow.
Glu customer service is a joke. You can submit a ticket, your response will be scripted in most cases and have absolutely nothing to do with what your complaining about. In other cases, the response will be that they will forward your complaint to the developers that do nothing until they get threatened will boycotts.
Rewards/ players offered in boxes aren’t worth playing for. They have made it really easy to walk away from this year.
Do yourself a favor and run!

The game needs to be more realistic. Whenever I hit a very hard hit ball down third base line the third basemen is always there just standing there like it’s his position. If you watch the MLB that would never happen. They would either make a good back handed play or it would go by them. Nobody just stands there waiting for it. And another thing. The outfield. I hit line drives to the out field all the time but I never get on base. I’ll hit it right in between two outfielders and there will always be one outfielder just standing there every time. At least make it look like they are running for the ball and not just sitting there waiting for it. And then sometimes they will play way in or way back. I hit a ball short to the outfield with my best hitter and it was caught and I was just thinking ok he was playing way in but whatever. And then a pretty bad hitter comes up to bat and he smokes one that would have hit the fence in the air but the outfielder was just standing there waiting for it. Like that would never happen in a game.

I’ve played and spent money on this game and have played it since TSB18. I was currently playing TSB20 I tried to make a purchase. The purchase failed and it knocked me out of my account. I tried multiple times to restore with Facebook and it wouldn’t let me. It’s asking me start fresh as if I haven’t been playing and spending money on the game since TSB20 came out. So all of the progress I’ve made is lost. Who want to spend months playing a game multiple season building a team acquiring players. Just to have it all lost 1 day when you try to make a package purchase. I backed my account up from the beginning it say I have an account but it will not reconnect. It keeps asking me if I want to start new and if I’ve played the game before. I feel like I was robbed I’ve spent to much money for something like this to happen. Please don’t waste your time game play is fun but this is an unforgivable enormous downside. Not play this game anymore and will suggest others not to as well. Unfortunate because I did like the game play but to lose all that progress to start from the let me show you how to play screen it’s just not worth it.

I have been playing this game for a long time and it has been fun but if it weren’t for 4 things. 1:You will get pitches that are so called “strikes” that you could only see in game some pitches almost seem rigged. From the angle you bat from you can’t tell the difference between a high or low ball. 2: Even if you don’t click anything adds on the bottom of your screen will randomly show up asking to pay from $10 all the way to $100. 3 You may get daily gifts that show up witch is a good thing but when you open up the mystery boxes if you are careless than you might spend more gold than you would want to leaving you with no gold witch is annoying what would be nice is if it said “WARNING ARE YOU SURE YOU WOULD LIKE TO SPEND —- amount of gold?” That would be good just for any purchase in gold I have been left broke with gold countless times from this. 4: THE RIGGED HITS I CANT STAND THESE AFTER GETTING MULTIPLE BAD PITCHES YOU FINALLY GET A NICE PITCH DOWN THE MIDDLE YOU SWING RIGHT ON TIME AND ALL IT IS IS A ROUTINE FLY OR A GROUND OUT I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
I do like how you have the fantasy baseball team but these 4 factors ruing the game.
