The company as well as the project manager can access it at any time and check the work of the employees.  App for employees and a cloud management program for company and project managers.  The company or project manager creates the task using the administration program and assigns the employee to this task.  Tasks completed by employees are automatically sent directly to the company's management system.  Finally, a working platform for order management, time management, documentation and work reports that everyone can handle!  In addition to the live check-in function, the program also offers a post-editing function so that working time can be recorded later.  Via App it is possible to request vacation and absence days, these requests are sent directly to the responsible persons in the company for verification to be confirmed or rejected.  Interesting information such as work performance and project times can be viewed under employees.  Personal as well as company events can be seen in the calendar, you can join or cancel the event via the registration function.  For open as well as assigned tasks there is the possibility to add important documents, videos, pictures and discussions at any time.  On Holdeed and in the management system, the program automatically generates a report after each check-out.  The hour account enables the employees to keep a constant overview.  The company has immediate access to all the information it needs.  Documents, images and videos can also be uploaded to the task at any time.  Open tasks refer to projects where employees check in daily.  All required information about the project can be viewed in the overview.
