Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Blur Photo+ app issues:

Force Stop the Blur Photo+ App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Blur Photo+ app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Blur Photo+ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Blur Photo+ App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Blur Photo+ app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Blur Photo+.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
