On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ER-Mobil » "Force Stop".

Again, got ER-Mobil » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
