Force Stop the Buffalos App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Buffalos app. » click "Force Stop".

1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Buffalos app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Buffalos.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Buffalos » "Force Stop".

Again, got Buffalos » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
