How to fix Remo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Remo app on iPhone
Update Remo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Remo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Remo network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Remo app issues:

Force Stop the Remo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Remo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Remo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Remo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Remo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Remo.

Fix Remo unable to contact server/ Remo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Remo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Remo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Remo on android.
