Morse Typer - Telegram Key Reviews

I like MorseTyper over all, especially since it’s the best one I can find just for practice. Plus, it’s free! However, there is no sound. This isn’t a big issue, but it would be cool to implement in the near future. The biggest problem is how the send feature doesn’t work, and I have tried many times to use it.

I loved MorseTyper initially, but found it difficult to use for some reason… I then found a similar app to try out and only then realized why this one is harder to use; there’s a delay when tapping! The timing of my finger hitting the phone screen and the sound coming out of the phone doesn’t quite happen at the same time. If that was fixed, this would be the best app to practice with imo.

I have tried all the apps I can find in the last 2 months since Ingot my license. Last week I made my first CW contact! This is great for me to refine what I am working but it desperately needs a doubt option. - K6JTH

It really is a good app. It taught me and let me get good at it in just two hours! The only thing is that the send doesn’t do anything. But I don’t even care about it, so, in other words thank you for MorseTyper!😃👍🏼

How do you send a message? I’ve tried numerous times in numerous ways and I can’t send anything! Please respond.

Great app. Love the simplicity. For me sometimes the dits don’t make a sound and that makes it hard to tell if I made mistake or not. I’d love if I can also use keyer in MorseTyper.

The graphics and response are choppy for an app that needs to be fast and crisp. Will teach you the basics - like something you can google - but you won’t be able to gage if you actually learned anything because of its response lag. It gets caught up on its own animation and can’t parse the sequences and leaves no trail or letters typed other than the last letter typed. Not good even for free.

I don’t really understand what share do. In fact, I don’t know if it even works. But I love this very much, feel realistic.

Perfect app, works very well, everything you need to practice Morse if you don’t have a physical key at home.

The tapping just doesn’t work all that well at the pace y’all have chosen, as well the time you have to wait in between letters is to long.

Great app! Although the send button is useless and it’s kinda bland.

Very good except for 1. Beep sound lags too much. 2. Cannot adjust WPM. Looking forward for update!

There is a significant delay between when you hit the key and when it reacts making this unusable. Too bad.

There is too much delay between touching the screen to hearing the beep. This is unusable. Try a different app in MorseTyper store. There are others that actually work.

Too good it is just amazing

Can only send ridiculously slowly. Installed, tested, deleted in less than one minute.
