    Great yoga app!

    This app is great. Only have 15 minutes, but want to really push yourself? Done. Have 45 minutes, but want to relax and stretch? Done. This app has definitely helped me get back into practicing yoga. While I’ve been only able to practice 3x a week, I’m going to push myself to practicing 5x a week because the classes encourage me to go back more. If there’s one negative, it’s that I would love more vinyasa practices. A lot of them start off as if my muscles are already warm. I would like to see them ease into the practices a little more. Cat and Cows, sun salutations, breathing, etc. just a thought.

    Great for at home practice.

    I have been subscribed to this app for about a year and use it almost every day. I really enjoy the instructors, the variety in classes, great video and sound. One piece of feedback would regard the end of each session. It would be nice if the music continued for a few minutes after the instructor said farewell. Often I am in corpse pose chillin’ and meditating after the session and some continued music would be nice as to not interrupt the groove. I find myself jolted out of my practice when the music cuts off. Cheers!

    Poor availability

    Not a good choice for workouts- if you just like watching ladies do yoga on your commute or something (while sitting in a static position), this may be perfect for you. This app doesn’t work on appletv or fire tv, or even fire tablets (or through the internet on any of these devices). My iPhone and iPad mini are not large enough to both see the poses and complete the workout. Daily Burn is available on these platforms- please put in the time to make this app worthwhile. I currently have a yearlong subscription that is inconvenient to use for workouts (and it isn’t really very entertaining as a show- if I can’t work out with it, it’s essentially a waste of money).

    Postpartum

    I’ve been searching for a workout that will tone my body and stretch the muscles and this app does just that. I just gave birth to my first son three months ago and this app has helped me slowly gain my abdominal strength back while also working all the other muscle groups. Highly recommend for new mommies looking for a workout routine.

    Love this yoga app!

    I love being able to select the workouts that I feel I need and be able to do in the comfort of my own home and on my schedule. I have shoulder and knee issues so it is wonderful being able to hand pick what is best for me and it keeps it interesting with all the options. Love it and the instructors!

    Love this app

    I’m trying to get back into an easy but useful yoga work out and boy was I pleasantly surprised. Great instructors and routines that give you a great work out at your level of expertise and capability. I love that they offer it in levels of challenge and offer workouts in increments as little as 15 minutes. It’s so doable, there’s no excuse. I’m really enjoying it!

    Perfect for Post-Partum

    I don’t have time to go to the gym with having a new baby, a preschooler and working full time. That’s why this app is perfect. I don’t have to leave my house and can fit in a workout that I get to choose! I highly recommend for moms trying to ease back into workouts after having a baby.

    Comfort

    Being able To do this in the comfort of my own home is great after a full day at work. Also with me being a beginner I can do things at the comfort level of myself. The instructor let’s me know if a position is difficult, it is ok because flexibility takes time. I’m happy.

    A great app for those looking to finally get into yoga!

    I’ve never been into yoga but wanted to try it out and this app makes it easy to start right from the comfort of your home. All you need is a mat, a phone and 10 minutes of your day to start a yoga practice. This app certainly helps do that!

    Love this app so much

    I’ve had it for a month or so now and I’ve done a video every single day. They have short ones if you’re in a hurry or longer ones for a solid workout. My only issue is I wish there were more videos...I’ve repeated several since starting.

    Yoga Workout For Every Level

    This is fantastic. It is schedule friendly and offers a variety of yoga. Some days my body needs stretching, other days - strengthening. And if I want to blast through a workout, I can do that as well.

    So I hate to pay for any app but so far it’s really been worth it!! Love being able to get a 15,30,45 or an hour workout in when I want. These sessions are really great. Love it highly recommend this. Enjoy

    I love being able to do yoga right from home, this is great. There are plenty of different workouts and time. I like that I can do 3 different 15 minute workouts if I want instead of a 45 minute one, just great flexibility that way.

    No yearly option after one use...

    There was an option for yearly purchase when I first opened the app. I figured I should probably try the product before committing. Tried the product after it stated you have 24 hours for the yearly option. The app is actually fine. Went back to try and purchase, and the yearly option is gone. Only inflated, gouging prices remain. Guess I’ll try something else....

    Yoga Star is born

    I needed a great low impact workout that would challenge me nothing does the trick like yoga. I feel more flexible, some tight spots in my back have gotten more manageable, and I’m happy with the charge monthly. I have a pretty diverse set of routines to work with
