Needs a lot of work

AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM could be really good, but the navigation is all over the place, certain parts you click on have issues loading or spazzes out and doesn’t allow you to click the bottom you want. Customer management is the worst area this happens in.
Old products “no longer available”or less likely to buy products show up at the top confusing customers and Ibos as if the product doesn’t exist anymore. Customers don’t need to see “no longer available products”. There is no back button.
AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM use to log you out every time you went from the products back and forth to the business support part of AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM /website, however that seems to be fixed.
The organization of product categories is a bit confusing to. Customers have no idea what to look for sometimes.

It’s good to see your volume amount but you can’t see what the team did volume wise for past months. If you can find it it’s takes several inconsistent and inconvenient steps to do it.

Hopefully they address these issues, but it’s what we got and will make the most of it. Also customer service isn’t good either, they transfer your call to a branch in another country and they can’t help answer basic questions. When you ask for a manager they helps some but still hard to understand. They say they won’t let you be on hold for more than a min or two but I have been on hold way past 10min with no one Checking in. Amway was huge with customer service but that has tanked for some reason. Hope they fix it.

Not even worth one star

For a MOBILE APP-this is terrible. I have had to pull out my laptop every time just to order something because AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM is NOT user friendly and is definitely not set up for a pleasant shopping experience. Just as Amway has said in response to ALL of the negative reviews- AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM is designed for business support. I guess those of us not building a business anymore but still wanting to purchase the great products are low on the totem pole. I have had to jump through way too many hoops to purchase products. And recently trying to log in feels like trying to get into West Point-shame on you for not prioritizing customers and those that support your products. Your customers deserve a top notch mobile app. I was literally embarrassed to refer customers to the website and app when building the business. 14 years as a customer and I think I’m through. So long. I’m breaking up with you!

No back button/double login

As others have complained, there is no back button which makes the whole shopping experience very frustrating and time consuming. Also, why do I have to log in twice? The company is the same if I’m shopping or looking at my stats so why should I have to login twice? Moreover, why does it seem as if AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM is like a website but in app form? It doesn’t feel like an app when shopping. It feels like an app when looking at business information but that’s about it. It was the same deal with the older version as well, it felt like a website with the appearance of an app. Lastly, why can’t I click on a product picture to enlarge the image? It’s inconvenient when I’m trying to show a potential client a picture of the box and can’t click on the product to enlarge the image.

When shopping there is no back button

When shopping there is no back button which is very problematic because when shopping in a category, for instance, vitamins and supplements, after clicking on a product to view the page with product information instead of just being able to go back I need to close out the shopping window all together and completely re-navigate back to the vitamins and supplements section meaning wasted time.

Not User-Friendly

I have to sign in twice to shop. The keyword search isn’t what it used to be. It’s very difficult to navigate and not easy to find what I’m looking for. I cringe when I get a new IBO started when I tell them to DL AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM or give them a web tour because neither the new website nor AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM is user-friendly & I myself am frustrated with it. I can’t find new products easily, and Ditto is a whole other issue. A lot of changes need to be made both on the website & AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM . It would help to have a Platinum or at least an active IBO give their feedback in developing an upgraded/updated version.

Its a little stressful not to have that ‘go back’ option when shopping. When i click on a product to view the benefits and descriptions and want to go back to shopping the category, i have to go back and re open the whole tab and start over :(

Not working properly

Everything went fine to log in .,
But it does not work fast the other app was great and fast., and is not my service reception is AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM that doesn’t work well hope you guys are still working on the bug fixes. While other apps are working properly this one is just not loading.
Please do something about it . I need it to have updates in my business., I know I can go the the full site and check my updates but ., wasn’t it so post to be easier on AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM ?????? :/

Big improvement

Great improvements since launch of new site. Thank you for finally adding mobile ditto, it works marvelously. Hopefully as seamless when it processes on the 1st.

Thank you for fixing double login issue, you now only have to log in once, back and forward buttons and works with Face ID. Is it possible for the appearance of shopping and business tools to look like AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM when logging in to home page?

Definitely easier to find certain links in website and works really well with partner stores.

Great steps in the right direction for sure. Please fix switch share duplicate, just as other reviewers stated it’s not loading. Everything else works though! 👏🏾👌

Page lag

Lately anytime I want to check my line of sponsorship the page lags for a very long time. It stays on a loading status and it doesn’t load the information. It was working great a month ago but for some reason for the past 2 weeks it doesn’t do it.

Also it would be great if you could report your points from AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM instead of having to log in through the internet and do it online. Other than that it’s a pretty great app.

Moving to the right directions!

AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM has been greatly improved since the launch of the new website. I can finally order my items on my phone without having to fo through several hoops. Keep up the great work!

App doesn’t work

AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM doesn’t work. I’ve tried everything for months, and I always get an Error icon that pops up or an notification that that say business center app is unavailable. 90% of my ordering in done through my phone. And having AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM not work is a pretty huge inconvenience. More attention needs to be made to making sure AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM it is up and running with minimal errors especially with trying to log in.

Works phenomenally!

It was not previously working on my XS Max iOS 12.1. I’ve tried to change my other response but couldn’t find how.
Everything has been fixed, AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM is running now, and I love the UI. It’s easy to maneuver and I’m excited to have an overview of my business in one app.

Register, navigation

1. AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM needs to be fixed of the lag,
2. It’s hard signing people up. Make it more simple.
3 it doesn’t let my downline shop. It says error. It should have something saying what needs to be fixed so they can shop as an IBO.
4. Its taking AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM forever to load. I always gotta use WiFi so it can be fast.
Pls improve this ASAP. A lot of people use AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM. Thanks.

Do Better

This updated last week or two and I have to keep signing in after I initially sign in on the mobile app. I keep doing so because this is mostly how I run my business. Now even my points aren’t updating so Amway needs to do another update or just go back the version before this one. I understand a lot is going on right now and they have limited staff. Maybe don’t do an update during a pandemic

Needs lots more improvements

My biggest struggle is that unless I am on WiFi it’s almost impossible to log into AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM! This makes it really difficult trying to share products with customers on the spot since I need to be logged in for the share button to be there and for the sale to be credited to me.

Note that AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM is being updated and is new so there will be glitches etc . But overall it is better and easier than the website before . Just waiting on the improvements!!

It gets one star because I can’t give a negative rating

I was forced to update to AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM from the previous version and the only good thing I can say about AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM (which has never opened in spite of requiring me to update my login, etc), is that suddenly the old, clunky app it replaced actually seems functional now. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. Please fix it or delete it. This is worse than nothing.

Not a great app

So many years and Amway is yet to make a great user friendly app. It’s good but hasn’t quite taken that next step Jim Collins has coined. I’m searching for Brainiums yet the results are all the Nutrilite products therefore I still have to scroll, while not being able to choose how many products display at one time, and it’s a huge inconvenience. Fix AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM guys.

Every time I try to sign in, AmwayBusinessCenterLATAM show me and message that an update is available even I just updated and I dont see the need to sign in again when I want to go and buy
