Army Clash Reviews

I’ve played this game for a bit, and I’m at level 418. I love this game and there juste something so interesting about building up each unit and then sending them off to battle. The only problems I have with the game are not even that big of problems. The amount of money you get later in the game is minuscule, and there is no sense of achievement when you beat the higher levels. I’ve gotten only around 4000 coins for the past 50 levels or so. The other problem I have is the lack of space for the troops, cause with half my army being gold and the other half being unpaired 2, 3, or 4 star units, I’ve made no progression in units for a while, and this takes away the fun of the game. They added in new units in one update, but I barely got to see them because I had no space to buy more troops. A great feature to implement in my opinion would be the ability to sell specific units, or even just trash them all together, so you can aim to build a specific kind of army, but all in all I still enjoy the game, and am excited to see where they take it.

I love this game! It’s super simple and to the point. Something about building your army is super addicting. It’s a game I’d definitely watch an ad or two for haha. But unfortunately this game does glitch out on me sometimes. When ever I upgrade my troops by moving one set over the other sometimes the set I move stays over the other and they won’t combine. This causes the game to act really slow and sometimes I have to close ArmyClash and reopen it to get it to work again. This problem also affects the free troops are able to get by watching ads. Whenever this happens with the free troops I just get they go away. Like I watched the ad absolutely for nothing.
It would also be cool if we could upgrade our troops more then just three times, choose the color of our army, and have a larger space to place troops. Besides the glitches I really love this game and I can’t wait for the updates!

This game runs smooth and is quite good for a free game. Very basic but enjoyable. I especially like that incorporated into the game, you can watch ads for different small bonuses. I don’t mind giving some ad revenue to you for a more enjoyable experience. That being said, I will say it’s unfortunate that there’s also ad placement between every battle, because this is too much. I have to play in airplane mode to avoid getting annoyed and quitting, but then I can’t watch the ads for the different bonuses. It’s a shame because I’d watch every one that offers me a bonus, but 30sec waiting between battles is far too much for me. I also wish there was more options for troop placement and direction in the game. I wish I could give each unit an arrow direction so that I could strategize, instead of them all running straight in. This alone would make the game 1000x better. Some I want to say “hold”, and some I want to say “focus on cannons first”, but alas they all charge straight in and die.

The game is great. Endless fun, until squares start being filled. Besides that because that’s not really an issue for now. The coins I win after a clash, during and after. Don’t add with the rest of my coins correctly. I’ll get a x3 then watch a video to get more coins. In fact it’s another x3. So when I continue and it’s added to what I’m going to call my savings, the math has never been right. I just got tired of it today. I don’t watch those ads for fun. I give you something, you give me something. Trade for trade, it’s just that your end is screwing me out of about 3000 coins every time. And I’ve done this numerous times. And thought to myself “that shouldn’t add up to that.” I’m going to need you guys to fix this that’s technically false advertising. Unless it says somewhere that some kind of game tax will be taken out. Please fix and make this part better.

This game is awsome been waiing for something like this too pop up, but it would be cool to have bigger goals for us to reach! Like bosses at the end of 10 or even level 100 to face a big boss uv built up to face, or involve the castle aspect more and make it playable such as placing certain troops atop the wall or breaking down gates, im at over 200 levels tons of gold troops but am running out of space for more 😏 i wont stop playing but soon i will be out of things to do, the game plays very smoothly for me on the new gen ipad pro, love it but would like even bigger battles and more area for our troops or an even higher level system so the place does not just fill up with 5 star troops and then we have nowhere to go, i will deffinitely make this 5 stars if any of this is implemented, great game!

Well I beat the game in two days. Got to level 245, was able to upgrade most of my troops to gold and ran out of spaces. So to me I beat it because there is now nothing to win, after each clash I get coins that I can’t spend, I can’t upgrade, I can’t buy spaces, I can’t really do anything but watch sorta cool battles and ads. The game is really glitchy. Coins don’t add correctly. If your in an ad and you screen change from vertical to horizontal and back again then when you get back to the game a chunk of the game is cut off and you can’t fix it unless you leave the game which also mean you loss the reward you were watching the ad for. ArmyClash will shut down unexpectedly and there will be a glitch in the battle we’re one of the enemies is unkillable so you’ll have to start the match over or watch a never ending battle. The game is pretty fun in the beginning but after awhile it’s just a cash grab for the ads.

When you get to a higher level there needs to be more of a challenge you can use the same army that you used to beat level 100 to beat level 300 also the coins that you gain need to be brought up as you progress because when you hit level 200 and you are only getting 1500 coins it makes it a hell of a grind not really a bad thing but I would like the progression to be a little bit better late game, also the fact that it is the same 3 or 4 layouts that you fight make it a little repetitive after a while. I just recently reset the game because my friend has a version that looks like it would be more fun but I’m not sure how to get it. overall it’s a fun game but late game needs to be fixed it just drags on too much after a while of playing.

I really like this game (level 646 at time of writing). But the reward mechanic needs rework. The biggest frustration is getting to higher levels and getting lower rewards, that should never be a thing. I’m not meaning that on level 100 I get a x3 reward multiplier and then level 101 I get a X1 and I’m frustrated, what I mean is that, for example, level 100 rewards you with 1420 coins with no multiplier and then the next level rewards you with 1300 with no multiplier.

I’d also suggest a reward for each unit still loving after battle. That way your incentivized to be the strongest and hit perfect every time. I’d also drop the “X1” if you win the battle, that would make winning more rewarding.

Just some suggestions, will love to see what the developer adds in the future.

This game is awesome. I knew after my first few matches I’d be buying the Adblock. Of course I understand a free apps gotta make revenue somehow. However I’d like to suggest some things to make ArmyClash great if at all feasible to implement. For example -

1. Make a bonus to getting a perfect stuck combo streak going. For example get 3 perfect attacks in a row and win maybe add a new multiplier to the end game bonus wins.

1a. Maybe make this stackable to up to a 7X multiplier or something

2. Make a difficulty slider adjuster. I.E. make the stages like they’re normally. (Because I’m on 750+ and it’s way too easy) maybe implement a way to quadruple the difficulty which also increases rewards. For example increasing difficulty increase the amount of enemy units you’re fighting and maybe their respective levels. (Maybe make higher levels units give more than just 10 gold per kill)

3. Lastly perhaps make a boss round every 50 or 25 or whatever frequency. Either a new special difficult unit or maybe just a huge army or something.

4. New units eventually? And maybe higher merge levels or something

Other than that I love this game and can’t stop playing it! Keep up the good work.

This game is simple. You place down troops, take down armies and get rewarded with coins to use on expanding your space and getting more troops. This game does this stupid thing where not only do you have to get troops through a loot box esque system, but also, the game doesn’t always let me use my coins. Sometimes the game will make me watch an ad to open a pack (free). WHY CANT I JUST BUY PACKS WHENEVER I WANT? Oh I know why, This company is runner by a bunch of money hungry bigots that make terrible, cringy ads. The game has a lot of ads which has straight up forced me to use Airplane Mode every time I decide to play. But hey, the game is kinda addicting and it’s kinda cute to watch these little cute characters run into each other. If it weren’t for the overload of ads, this could have at least been a four star review, but nope, ads just poison these feelings I have for the game.

I enjoy this game, it’s pretty addicting. I’m on level 135 now. Have a small but awesome army to continue on winning. Only things I would change is giving the ability to buy certain soldiers. With having a limited number of spots what happens when I fill them all and can’t get more to combine and upgrade. With the ability to buy what you want you can really build your army now ever. Fewer ads would be awesome. It’s come now, that I always do the 3x coins at the end of matches because I have to watch an ad anyways. After playing for about an hour the game ran out of ads or something. It had a very hard time loading up new ones. one last thing, I’m not sure if hitting “perfect” has any better perks or not.

Army clash is a free game with no micro transactions that resembles “totally accurate battle simulator” but instead of placing your forces, you get predefined formations and before the battle starts you have to move your forces in the perfect direction (which is always straight).
then just watch the little guys fight.

It’s simple fun but it adds nothing to it past the first level. After every 5 armies you beat you will unlock a new formation. however there is no point in going back to any previous formations because the new one is always the best so there’s no real choice in anything. all you have to do is make sure your forces go straight. (Which gets boring very quickly)

On some occasions even when you get a perfect move you can still lose, mainly because if the fight lasts longer then 10 seconds the guys forget how to fight and start spinning around each other.

And towards the end around level 150+ the frame rate dips and the big battles just becomes a 5 frame mess that you can barely tell what’s happening.

Overall it’s a simple little game with a good concept, but with no depth to keep me playing. It has the potential to be very fun and interesting. Hopefully later updates adds more choices and tactics to keep the game interesting.

The game is very simple and addicting. I like the idea of different troops and leveling them up. The focus of troop efficiency on timing the swinging marker to perfect provides interest. A big deal breaker is the amount of ads. I get needing to make money on a free game but it feels more ads than gameplay. I feel, on the other hand, that there is great potential with the game. I think adding in specialty skills to each character will help create more diversity and thought into creating a line up. A feature I really think would be great is being able to control your attack by perhaps being able to click where you want your troops, how you want to control your troops as in having archers stay back and Infantry attack, or perhaps more customizable positions. It has all the groundwork made ready. It just needs a little push.

First of all I love this game and really like the idea of it. I think it’s very addicting to upgrade my army and arrange it the way I want it to be. It’s a very simple and straightforward game but it think it would be more fun if you added a little bit more to it. For example I see that there are castles in the background, so the idea of you having your own castle came to my head. You can have your own castle and upgrade it as you go. You can keep your money in your castles and the other team could try to go to your castle and steal it. There could also be some soldiers on the castle trying to protect it. Over all I like the game but I think it would be more fun if there were some things added.😆

This company loves its ads. Everything takes watching an ad. You will spend as much time if not more watching ads as you will playing this game. I like the game but it could be so much better. When a battle is finished there is a multiplier wheel which spins and multiplied your battle score by x1, x2 or x3. You will almost always get x1. Out of 30 battles all but 2 were x1. Then you can x3 your score by watching an ad which you will want to do because the scores are low and you need the $$ to build your army. But even if you choose not to x3 your score and you push the “next” button so you can get on with another battle, you get to watch an ad. So whether you choose “next” or x3, you get to watch an ad. This should be called the ADS game with a battle once in awhile.

First off I just want to say I got this game yesterday but it’s really fun. Here’s the thing there is a ton of ads, now you can get rewards for ads as well so it takes 1-2 minutes to get to battle again. If you removed the ads but still kept the ads that you got rewards from that would be great.

Another thing that I wanna say it when you get ready for a attack and I just press battle, normally forgetting to time it perfectly to do better. If you got rid of that feature and just made the battle off of the troops and layouts and not timing that could be good as well.

Other then that it is a great game I see myself continuing playing this game because it is a fun pastime and I enjoy it

Ended up getting restarted with the last update. And there seems to be something wrong with the getting more soldiers button. It seems to forget when amount I should be paying with each new round presenting a different amount I need. The last round I needed a little over 18,000, but by the next it says I need a little over 28,000. And if I try to upgrade at the smaller number it doesn’t want to up grade, but after several button presses it forces it, but then put me at a negative amount. Also I know you need to make money for advertising for those who don’t wana pay to get rid of it, but I feel it’s a tad excessive that even if I watch and advertisement to get triple the amount that when I go to play next I have to watch a hole nother advertisement.

This game is pretty fun if you like watching automatic battles. Combining an element where you match units to upgrade them really pushes you to keep trying to get a u it you need. However, it does slow down eventually, as every game does. I found that it became more worth it to purchase the 14,000 gold 3 unit packs that created 2 star units rather than spending more gold for a single one star unit. Not only does it give you three 2 star units, it also gives you 3 free spaces if you are full on grid squares and I quickly found out that this is pretty broken. If a developer sees this, I feel like this should be fixed ASAP because I am extremely ahead of where I should actually be.

I purchased the no ads feature because I was tired of seeing the same advertisement over and over again. I thought by spending $2.99 it would remove all the ads allowing me to just play the game. I was wrong after you pass a level you have this forced ad that gives you more troops, which you can’t skip unless you never plan on buying troops again. The only ads it removed was the one at the bottom of the screen that didn’t bother me at all and the one after passing the level which is much shorter because it has a skip feature after 5 seconds. When you pay to remove ads I expect all of them to be removed, this is classified as false advertisement and I will be seeing what I can do to get my money back. Please don’t waste your money ether live with the ads or uninstall because the “No ADS” purchase is a joke!

The game is simple, lacking, but entertaining when you wanna kill a few mins here & there. Unless you pay $3 tho you’ll spend over half your time on ads.
They have systems in place where you can gain random troops or triple your score from watching yet another add, which actually works out if they’d actually triple your score or give you your troop.
I tried at least 15 different times to use the free troop, almost 10 mins of add time, and it would do nothing.
The triple score ad I used to stay competitive as I leveled up but it stopped working. So I finally deleted ArmyClash.
It’s a fun quick mini game, but it needs fixed. Having ads with an option to buy it is a GOOD thing, I get it. But your functions have to work.
