Follow these steps to resolve intermittent EFFZEH 360 app issues:

Force Stop the EFFZEH 360 App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click EFFZEH 360 app. » click "Force Stop".

Update EFFZEH 360 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EFFZEH 360 App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "EFFZEH 360 app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch EFFZEH 360.

Fix EFFZEH 360 unable to contact server/ EFFZEH 360 internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click EFFZEH 360 » "Force Stop".

Again, got EFFZEH 360 » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
