I thought if I start by putting my monthly income I could substract by adding my expenses and that wasn’t happening. Would have been nice if SimpleBudgetPlanner walked you through it. I ended up deleting it because I didn’t find it helpful.

I like that’s it’s so user friendly but loud, annoying ads continue to pop up and take over SimpleBudgetPlanner averaging every 15 seconds. I have to close SimpleBudgetPlanner and reopen to get out of them. Wish I’d read the reviews before downloading

This looked like exactly what I needed so I downloaded it. Unfortunately, the first thing I did was try to change the “period” to bi-weekly and that was not an option. Guess it’s back to searching and using Excel in the meantime.

I get paid weekly so I wish SimpleBudgetPlanner gave an option for a weekly budget rather than just a monthly budget.

Good: easy to enter data.
Bad: can’t manipulate your categories to show balance and have NOT been able to get a print out.

I wanted a simple app that would allow me to keep up with my home expenses. SimpleBudgetPlanner is not only ultra simple and does exactly what I want but I bought the premium and the author contacted me directly and answered questions and helped me with one small issue. This is the kind of service and apps Apple needs. Excellent!!! AAA+++

This is an excellent app. All I needed was a simple and clean app for tracking my budget and expenses. It seemed like most of the budgeting apps I tried were trying to cram way too much into what should be a fairly simple app and it made those apps feel very cumbersome. As soon as I opened SimpleBudgetPlanner, it was easy to use and super functional. Very intuitive. There’s almost no learning curve which is something I appreciated. And there’s only the functions you and nothing else. I love it and I highly recommend it.

Seems like a good app. The colored icons get confusing. perhaps for seniors would be a way to toggle from regular colored lettered icons to one that uses colored icons with pictures. (ie grocery cart for groceries, fork knife spoon for dining out)
