How to fix UO360 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the UO360 app on iPhone
Update UO360 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall UO360 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix UO360 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve UO360 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix UO360 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent UO360 app issues:

Force Stop the UO360 App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click UO360 app. » click "Force Stop".

Update UO360 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear UO360 App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "UO360 app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch UO360.

Fix UO360 unable to contact server/ UO360 internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click UO360 » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got UO360 » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch UO360 on android.
