Follow these steps to resolve intermittent AWS IoT 1-Click app issues:

Force Stop the AWS IoT 1-Click App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click AWS IoT 1-Click app. » click "Force Stop".

Update AWS IoT 1-Click to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AWS IoT 1-Click App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "AWS IoT 1-Click app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch AWS IoT 1-Click.

Fix AWS IoT 1-Click unable to contact server/ AWS IoT 1-Click internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click AWS IoT 1-Click » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got AWS IoT 1-Click » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AWS IoT 1-Click on android.
