All of the selecting process is blank. The home screen is also blank. It Actually charges your two dollars for a $1.75 ride.

Every time I try to buy a ticket GoTucsonTransit crashes. I've emailed the development team and was told two weeks ago they would "get back to me". Clearly nothing is being done about their shoddy app. Don't bother. Invest in a roll of quarters. Every single update GoTucsonTransit has just makes GoTucsonTransit crash every time I open up the title screen.

Was working fine until the iOS update. Now it crashes before it opens!

I already had an active 24 hr ticket on the older version and it deleted it when I updated. $3.75 down the drain. I feel sorry for those who had a monthly loaded. And yes, I tried logging in with my old info, it didn't remember any of it. (Oh, also, there's now a $.50 convenience fee.)

Updated my phone to the most recent iOS over the weekend and now GoTucsonTransit will not open. I still have over two weeks left on my current monthly express fare and can’t access GoTucsonTransit .

GoTucsonTransit would be far better if I could enter a start address and an ending address and a date and time of travel and have it show me the suntran route options to get there. Otherwise just another payment app.

There are no options to choose any numbers on the credit card screen.
Please fix.
Perhaps this is because I just updated my phone this week. But it should still work.

Just updated my I Phone. Went in to purchase my bus pass. App opens and closes. No work information in this issue. I deleted and reloaded app and still will not work. Need to put a known issue link or information on GoTucsonTransit download site.

GoTucsonTransit has always been clunky, the equivalent of a website made in 1998. Now it just doesn’t work. I’ve tried to buy a ticket and GoTucsonTransit says it’s “Fetching fares” but it gets stuck there. No way to buy a ticket. Like, really??? 🙄

Bug on IPhone 13. When opened, hangs on a loading screen, even though material seems to appear in the back.

With the new iOS update GoTucsonTransit won’t even open so the bus driver didn’t believe I had a pass even though I have a new monthly pass I just bought. Please fix this is a huge inconvenience

It’s a great app, I use it 2-3 times per week and it’s very useful, but on Monday this week the options in the ticket buying section were all invisible. When I had to buy a ticket the thing was automatically on the 1 day pass since that’s what I used last but on most days I only need a 2 hour pass, so I went to change it and it was invisible which made me think that I couldn’t change it. But today I found out that the buttons are still there, please fix the button invisibility soon.

Wouldn’t have bothered with GoTucsonTransit if nearest ticket outlet weren’t 5 miles away (from Orange Grove & Oracle)
App should be smooth & seamless (you & 10 other ppl are boarding the bus), but had to fiddle with red boxes & various buttons activate a 1-day pass, after I thought I had bought it.
How about a simple 3-step process that shows your progress:
1. Select (single ride, day pass etc)
2. Purchase (take care of ALL the payment details)
3. Activate: Make it really clear that this is when the 24-hr or 30-day clock starts, then show the countdown timer, bar code of whatever.
Better yet, how about selling 1-day passes on board like San Jose.

Currently, GoTucsonTransit doesn’t work with the new IOS13 update. Please fix this issue as this is how I get around every day. Will update rating when app is fixed.

But when Apple released their newest update for the iPhone X, I haven’t been able to open GoTucsonTransit without the entire app crashing.

I love GoTucsonTransit and haven’t had any problems with it until know.

I use GoTucsonTransit to take the bus everyday for work. There have been times it has crashed or randomly updates when right before I’m about to head to work, but other than that i haven’t had any problems! I show the bus driver and I’m good to go! :)
