My real review is a 0 STAR!
The people working at ericdress are incompetent and horrible. I Bought 2 dresses. One was wayyy too big and on way too small and I followed the same size chart. So I emailed to have it exchanged but they made me pay $8 for what I thought was for them to send me a shipping label but no it was for the return label. Still had to go to usps and spend $13 to ship it back to them. After 2-3 weeks, after waiting over a month the first time, I received one of the dresses back and guess what, I received the same size again that I purchased before after I told them I’m exchanging for a medium! Like how!? How do you mess up again. I emailed them about it and they said oh we saw that u received the item... that’s not the point. Again, I received the wrong item size. They don’t read. This is so frustrating and a scam. I have a 30+ message long email thread with them because I am constantly repeating myself because they don’t read. Dresses are not even a great quality. And they won’t refund. They are asking me for money to return an item they messed up and refuses to give me a full refund. NEVER WILL BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! But before that they need to fix my order! Thieves! I will be reporting them.
Super frustrated. This has to be the worse customer service ever.

If you have a patience to wait for your orders for a month or two you can go ahead, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone based of what I experienced with this app. I order five items and wait almost three month for them to arrived and they shipped only two items and told me that one was out of stock after I placed my order and I ask them to replaced with another item which cost less of what I bought and didn’t get a refund for that. And the terrible thing is that I never received those two additional packages because they claimed that FedEx missed me to check at my local post office and I went there but they told me the two item was sent back to the sender. I email them and all they could tell me is that ohh you’ll not get a refund. Just an advice stay away from this app, it’s not all about the money but the way they treat customers like they are stupid or something. Never again I’m actually trying to find a way to delete my information from this app.

Ordered two men’s jackets. Each appeared to be very reasonably priced despite what was obviously not the highest quality merchandise. I wear XL (US size). Ordered 4XL since the products were “Asian sized” per measurements. Despite this, the product fit like a M. Not even close. That’s where my issues began. The package had arrived after three weeks. The two jackets were literally wrapped in a ball of torn plastic and stuffed into a box. When I filed a “dispute” (this is how you return product to this company...be ready to wait a couple of days for a reply and you’ll likely have to write twice, as I did), they informed me they’d deduct $30 from my purchase price to cover their cost of shipping the product to me (in three weeks and in horrible shape) AND I had to pay return shipping. This despite shipping be free when I ordered. Needless to say, I’ll delete the app and never shop here again. I’ll leave this store for patient, very small people who never need to return anything.
