iTouch SW2 Reviews

I have had this device for 2 whole days. I have paired it with an iPhone 7. My Bluetooth on the phone works with other devices and stays connected without issue. But this watch does not stay connected for more than 30 secs most of the time. I’ve restarted both devices, paired and unpaired multiple times, nothing helps. Then I try to open iTouchSW2 to connect them there and it crashes. I’m not sure the deal I got on the watch is worth the headache. It seemed like a great alternative to the more expensive Apple Watch but I’m not so sure now. Please fix iTouchSW2 and work out the Bluetooth issue so I don’t have to return this!

iTouchSW2 has the potential to be better if than it is if they could get it to be more stable and actually record the steps without us having to sync everything all the time. And if it didn’t crash. Definitely something that should be heavily looked into my the developers. You know a good developer by the quality of of their app and how they try to keep the quality going.

I love my iTOUCH Curve - it works perfectly. Your app, however, could use some improvements. It does not sync any of Sleep information nor does it properly record the number of steps. It continuously tells me data synchronousation (yes that’s really what it says, please work on your spelling and grammar) is complete when it very obviously has not completely synced all of my data. Then it will say it was unable to connect and to restart the Bluetooth device - I can restart both my phone and watch all day and your app is still the problem. The devices are connected perfectly but your app does not sync data properly. Could be a 5 star app if only you knew how to program it.

iTouchSW2 works well for viewing data between watch and phone when it stays open. It generally crashes after it syncs. I don’t understand because day one it worked perfectly.

The biggest suggestion I have though, would be to monitor sleep anytime the user sleeps not just during specific times. Some of us work nights. My watch logged my nap, but not the 7.5 hours of sleep I hit during my regular sleep time.

I gave it a 2 just because if I don’t use iTouchSW2 I can still receive messages and make calls. I have an iPhone Se. I mainly got it for the notifications because I work and have a son with a serious heart condition so I need to be able to be gotten ahold of in an emergency. All the other features don’t really matter to me

I accidentally downloaded the wrong app so my Smartwatch wouldn’t pair correctly. Guys make sure to read the manual in the packaging to connect to the correct app.

Now that I have the right app, my user experience with this product has increased significantly.

It doesn’t stay connected long at all, iTouchSW2 crashes every time I attempt to open via my iPhone. The watch syncs sometimes, but usually it won’t, even after repeated reboots. Not worth the $50. Just pay for the Apple Watch. 🤦🏾‍♂️

iTouchSW2 is awful! Thank lease fix it. I had previously purchased the iFITNESS watch and had the iFITNESS app. I did not have these issues. iTouchSW2 does not stay connected to the watch even when the watch is sitting right next to the phone. And iTouchSW2 continually shuts down. Many many complaints. And while the iFITNESS app communicates with the Apple health app, this iTouch app does not. Major issue.

I have an iPhone 8 Plus and was able to sync with everything else (I think) except for the weather. I did everything in the instructions but still won’t work! The only reason why I bought this is because I only paid $35

For some reason your app is not working I mean the watch and everything is good but it’s m trying to set up the watch but its not working is there a problem with iTouchSW2 ????

We could barely afford the $60 but it’s what I told my husband I wanted for Mother’s Day. Phone has terrible noise on other end of call. Weather won’t sync. I have to sync it every few minutes to get the music controller back. If my husband hadn’t bought it from a place going out of business with no refunds I’d return it. Guess I’ll just dream about getting an Apple Watch.

First it will only work part of the time. I can get it to sync, but the color combination is difficult to read. I can see it has potential to work and look as clean as the other app that will not sync to the watch I happen to own. Why do developers want to create a grey and white scale that is impossible to read?

I purchased this watch yesterday and the weather location will not change... the Bluetooth will not stay connected... and my profile keeps changing... I thought this was an awesome deal but I guess you get what you pay for 😔👎🏻

The location for weather is off. iTouchSW2 keeps crashing(but the watch is still synced at least). I wish We could sync with other apps.

Pretty good watch for the price, does the basic functions and serves its purpose. Really good deal for the price if you ask me.
