Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Leo app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Leo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Leo app on iPhone
Update Leo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Leo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Leo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Leo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Leo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Leo app issues:

Force Stop the Leo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Leo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Leo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Leo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Leo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Leo.

Fix Leo unable to contact server/ Leo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Leo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Leo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Leo on android.
