Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever ESPL app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix ESPL app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ESPL app on iPhone
Update ESPL app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ESPL iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ESPL on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ESPL network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix ESPL not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ESPL app issues:

Force Stop the ESPL App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ESPL app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ESPL to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ESPL App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ESPL app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ESPL.

Fix ESPL unable to contact server/ ESPL internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ESPL » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ESPL » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ESPL on android.
