So anyone of my friends who are thinking about buying anything from this company, let me warn you I bought a living room set one year later the love seat breaks for no reason and all they can do for me is take the furniture out of my house for up to four weeks to repair with nothing for us to sit on, wow if I took your Bed for four weeks would they be happy hell no but it is ok to take my money of 6000 dollar and not give me something to sit on😡 and the best comment was if they can not fix it they will replace if for free😡 so why not do that in the first place and keep me as a customer. American furniture here I come

This is the worst LS store ever. Our salesman, Yussef lied to and misled us regarding timing of our delivery right from the beginning. He is the kind of person that gives all salespeople a bad name. I don’t say that lightly given I have been a professional salesman for 35 years. Now, after trying for weeks we cannot get anyone at this store to respond to us at all. I’m trying to cancel my order that I have been waiting on for almost 2 months and no one will respond. I have been a faithful customer of LS but after this experience i will never buy from them again. Going to The Dump to see if that are better at treating their customers. Sad

No BACK arrow unless you want to go back to the same starting page every time. Previous page is not available. You have to start every search from the same entry point every time. Very tedious.

Has anyone noticed that when you're looking at any item and you hit the back button that it takes you back to the main screen instead of the initial search results list? It's really frustrating when you're trying to look at something and have to completely restart the search every time you want to get back to the search listings.

ProShopper is amazing and has made my furniture shopping experience much more enjoyable and fun! I can simply scan all the items I want and it shows me all the product details and I can add them to my wish list so I can buy them at a later time. Definitely 5 stars!

ProShopper is SO glitchy. I keep trying to use it to shop, but continuously am disappointed. Although I choose my store’s location, it constantly changes. It changes screens without me even touching anything. I try to search and it enlarges the screen. I can’t even list everything. Please make more of a conscious effort to make ProShopper great. PLEASE. I love Living Spaces and want to use it more.

And change the name to ‘Living Spaces’ (not ‘Pro Shopper’ - that’s just stupid) so we all can find it.

ProShopper is great. Very excited to use it. The developers need to add a “back” button when browsing the webpage thru ProShopper. It is very frustrating to have to start all over every time you want to go back to the previous page. It’s a small feature but it pays off huge in the end.

When you click on the search button, it keeps going to financing needs. Really frustrating to customize your search. Looking for “shoe storage cabinets” and after 5 minutes, no luck. Meaning, couldn’t even give my self an option to search for it.

I only downloaded ProShopper because the mobile webpage won’t work. Everything is fine except for the fact that there isn’t a back button to go back to your search. You have to start all over...very annoying.

You browse tables, for example. Once you see one table and examine it you are thrown back to the opening page and have to start ALL OVER AGAIN...... Why the heck would it not go back to where you were in the oft chance that you might want to continue looking in that section!!!!!????

ProShopper is good at showing merchandise, but it is really slow and needs more work in order for customers to enjoy the experience of shopping online.

I click on a couch, hit the back button to look at a different one (crazy right?) and it takes me aaaaall the way back to the home page asking me if I want to scan a barcode, visit website, track order etc. This is exactly what all other reviewers are reporting. Deleting and shopping elsewhere.

While shopping in store I found this application extremely helpful! I love shopping at Living Spaces and now I have all the information I need right at my finger tips! Great job Living Spaces!

Frustrating to navigate. Search for an item, click and look at it, and when you “go back” you are returned to the home page! Start the entire search over!! There is NO RETURN to your previous search!!

ProShopper is so helpful. I love how it can scan items and I have information on products available.

Awesome app! Works flawlessly and makes keeping track of your favorites easy and accessible at the tip of your fingertips.

As others have stated, ProShopper is annoying and doesn’t allow you to efficiently allow you to browse the items. Not worth downloading at this time unless you need to waste some time.

No back button so whenever you’d like to go back it takes you to the home screen. Apple Pay doesn’t work; ProShopper has an ad at the bottom to download the same app. Have not tried to use ProShopper in store.

Update this already! It’s irritating. I love this place. Inventory is incorrect and we got 2 items out of 3! Believed in y’all. You let me down. And where is the wish list now

What the heck! I have signed up, created an account and ProShopper says my login is wrong. So hit forgot password, never get an email to reset it.
