Follow these steps to resolve intermittent TallyCount++ app issues:

Force Stop the TallyCount++ App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click TallyCount++ app. » click "Force Stop".

Update TallyCount++ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TallyCount++ App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "TallyCount++ app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch TallyCount++.
