20 off 100 on app keeps freezing at checkout

Downloaded app for Cyber Monday sale. Try logging in with my account info for Dick's Sporting Goods, and immediately get an access denied error from the app stating I don't have permission to log into the server. Not sure what the issue is. Have reinstalled and updated app. Can log into the full website without issue, but the special is through the app only.

I have been trying to place an order on the mobile app for the last 4 hours and the app continues to crash and not allow me to check out. I’m trying to catch the sale but there is some kind of issue.

Trying to use $20 off in-app only coupon expiring today and app keeps freezing and can’t complete purchase. I’ve been trying for hours. I hope Dick’s honors the coupon after expiration due to these issues.

I am trying to use the 20 off 100 in the app and when I go to pay, it keeps saying "Something went wrong. Please try again." Please advise. I can't get the same deal on my computer - it has to be through the app.
