How to fix Hulu app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Hulu app on iPhone
Update Hulu app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Hulu iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Hulu on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Hulu network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Hulu Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Hulu not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Hulu App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hulu » click [Force Stop]

Update Hulu to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hulu App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hulu » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hulu.

Fix Hulu unable to contact server/ Hulu internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hulu » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hulu » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
