I have loved this game for a few months now! Absolutely one of the best games on ios and I hope they provide content updates!

That being said... over time my game has been crashing more and more frequently. The frequent daily crashing is now getting frustrating. Please help! If u do I would love to give this game five stars!

I love this developer, based on the couple iPhone games they have available. Really fun games and no wait punishment for failing a level. It's like they really want people to keep playing the game or something.

I really am enjoying this game but the progress is a little slow. Xp and gold don’t come as quickly as other games, but still I highly recommend it!

Most fun I've had with a match-3 in a long time. Basically free to play, but you could opt to spend a little money to support the developers and speed up the grinding.

Not much variety in gameplay, but the game is well polished and introduces you to the mechanics as you play. Plays great on the 4s.

Simple concept, well executed.

The closet any game has come to being the deserved sequel to "Puzzle Quest - Challenge of the Warlords". Starts out slow and simple, but the depth reveals itself within the first 30 minutes of playtime.

No ads; fully enjoyable without using the IAP system; loads of content; deep, strategic battle system; and lots of customization (including pets!). Oh, and the whole package is balanced really well, so it never feels like the AI or mechanics are completely stacked against you.

Seriously, this is easily my favorite game on GuardianSword Store, and I adored Puzzle Quest. Game is free, but, considering the hours of fun it's provided, I will def. being throwing the team a few $'s.

MAKE THE GAME EASIER I GOT STUCK SO MANY TIMES I CANT EVENT COUNT CUZ IT IS NOT EASY. AND REMOVE THE DIRY LITTLE RODENTS THAT DODGE EVERY LIL FRICKIN HIT!!!!Other than that it is good but please REMOVE THE DARN RATS.

iOS 14. Please fix.

I have been looking for a replacement for Dungeon Raid (not updated to iOS 11) and figured this looked fun. For a few hours sure it is. However there are some game mechanics like enemy dodge (50% miss) that get annoying after a while.

There are four basic blocks melee(red), ranged(yellow), shield(green) and mana(blue). Melee damage scales faster than ranged but with the amount of flying enemies (can’t be hit by melee) it seems to be more efficient to take the less damage. There are also special blocks that you can choose between and have a chance of popping up in the level. Things like matching a fireball block with mana to deal a bunch of defense ignoring damage to picking up all tiles of one type one screen. It is a neat idea but some fights negate an entire base block type (like flying) or reduce you to a specific type (like using ranged on flying magic immune enemies) making all the other blocks useless.

The idea is you have to customize your character for the fight you’re about to do. There is a solid amount of customization here. Your character gains levels to increase base stats which will imposed how much a single block will give. You also have a minion that can follow you around and automatically cast different buffs or attacks. Mix in some powers that cost mana along with gear that you can upgrade for currency and you can get deep into this.

End of the day though while not a bad game it wasn’t what I was looking for. I was becoming annoyed after while of having to deal with high health, high defense (which you have to beat first each time you want to deal damage), flying, magic immune enemies that have dodge. When trying to solve a puzzle it gets grating fighting tedious fights that won’t kill me but take more turns to beat due to missing four attacks in a row due to RNG. Spend a few hours on it then toss it in a folder somewhere and forget about it for a few months.

If you have five minutes or one hour this is a good game to play it is a combination of skill chance and straight outlook. To play this game you can buy advantages but is not required to advance in this game.
I had one problem with the game or I lost everything but that was because of my iPhone having extremely low memory. I contacted the support team and they got back to me quickly with the answer they even offer to generate a new game for me to put it back where I was in the game. I truly appreciate their help

I'm not much on RPG type games but this is great. I love puzzles and the adventure element means you have to use a little more strategy instead of mindless matching. You can play this game without ever buying anything, and not in that "wait 20 minutes for your next life" way. I bought some gems just as a thank you to the developer. I've been playing a lot and it's worth a few bucks for sure. Thanks for a great game (and even a walk through!!!).

It's like Puzzle Quest and Metroid had a well polished baby. At first it seems like just another PQ ripoff, then as the game opens up, you're constantly getting new abilities that you just can't progress without, and it's all delivered in quite clever ways. On the negative, when you turn off the sound so you can play music or podcast in your headphones, the music comes blaring in every time you go into battle, but nowhere else. When this happens, whatever I was listening to is turned off. Please fix, as the duality of listening/puzzling is my favorite past time :-)

At first this game looked too simple and I almost put it down. I'm glad I didn't. The combat has surprising complexity. Different enemy types require different strategies, and I see you can build your character a few different ways.

The game is challenging, but not in a "buy stuff to win" way, instead it's just challenging to find a working strategy. It has IAP, but it's really not required at all as far as I can see. Definitely recommended.

This game actually requires strategy, and gives you plenty of ways to handle most situations. If you get to an area that's difficult, you can go back and grind a bit for more levels or gear. I'm 6 hours in, and past the enemies people have complained about, and still having a blast. If you don't like having to think and strategize, this may not be the game for you, but I'm absolutely loving it.

It amaze me how the game mechanics is so amazing & what's more amazing is the fact that the supports of the game is really active & very diligent! Although I have that problem with the restore capability companion in game, they made an effort to solve it or in my case: a fast solution! If there's greater than 5 star I would definitely give it to them! Thanks! An absolute worth of in app purchased 1st time since 3 years of my in app purchasing habit!
