Perch is great. I wouldn't say it is a must have but I definitely use it at least once a day. It helps me keep updated on my business, as well as my competition. It's been a great tool and keeps me informed, however as I mentioned it is by no means a "must have". I've enjoyed using it and it does make things a bit more convenient, especially when trying to track what competitors are doing on social media and Yelp.

Before I found this app I was always checking 2-3x a day competitors social sites to gage strategy and exposure...needless to say it got be very annoying having to search & remember every competitor every day. With this app I set my alerts and reports that keep me updated to where I don't have to schedule out the time to search each day. What took 30 minutes now takes 5 minutes. Love this app and cannot wait to see how it evolves in the future.

This a really great up. It provides updates about your business activity around the web and your competitors. I really like the ability to request to add a business if it’s not in their database. All the requests I’ve sent have been completed with in 24 hours.
I would highly recommend Perch to anyone trying to build and/or maintain their business reputation online.

This is an amazing app and I have no problems with it. If you have a small/local business or need to feed your marketing needs, this is a necessary app to have. It's super easy to know everything about your competition and to easily check your social media status all in one place.

Although the program is a day or even 3 behind the events it searches for, it is handy to have.
It's essentially a crawler that looks for basic things with the conveniences of a mobile app and push notifications.
Since using (for 4 months now) I've found that my competitor has just started attempts at online marketing and I'm able to see that automatically vs dedicating time to manual search.
For this and it being free, I give 5 stars

The idea of concept of application is very good, but it has a huge delay to inform me about a new comment from my instagram business account or Facebook. Normally I get those updates from original source minutes early from that. Is it possible to fix that?

I used to monitor my businesses as well as others in my industry. It gives me a fast summary of what is happening without having to log into a bunch of different accounts. Or do different searches. The support staff is also very responsive.

I like to have all my and my competitions posts in one easy to use application. Quite intuitive. Have a few competitors that I wish to delete and haven't found how to do that yet but, haven't looked hard yet either.

Love Perch. Great weekly digest! Only thing I can suggest is users can reply to reviews. But I know that would probably mean users would have to pay. But for restaurants .99 a month would be no problem!!
