Big Problems with Download

I have a subscription for this newspaper (fully paid for the year at $81.99) but have not been able to read a single edition for the last two weeks because the issues won’t download or restore. What’s up with that guys? Ever since I upgraded my iOS to 14, I’ve not been able to read a single digital issue? Do I get a refund for the two weeks and counting?

WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU???

Yesterday, I just praised and thanked this newspaper for advertising and offering its issues for free until July 31st or so. Today, still April 25, am being asked to pay for subscription. Do you guys ever know the term "false advertising!?"
